Available in Classic and VPC
Media Connect Center Bucket Folder allows you to manage your media files stored in buckets systematically by categorizing them by media service through integration with NAVER Cloud Platform's Object Storage. You can set sharing criteria and share the link with your colleagues. You can set and manage sharing of the folders or files you have added yourself or been granted with access permissions.
The Bucket folder menu can only be used if you register a bucket in NAVER Cloud Platform's Object Storage. After registering, you can easily and conveniently manage all tasks within the integrated Media Connect Center environment. This includes managing media files in Object Storage and setting up encoding and streaming channels for media files in VOD Station.
- To register a bucket in Object Storage, you must first subscribe to Object Storage. Additional fees apply when you subscribe to Object Storage. For more information on Object Storage and its pricing plans, see Services > Storage > Object Storage menu on NAVER Cloud Platform portal.
Object Storage registration
To use the bucket folder feature, you need to register or add the Object Storage bucket you are using to Media Connect Center. Since this feature is integrated, the history of tasks that you have performed in Media Connect Center is reflected in Object Storage on the NAVER Cloud Platform console. Similarly, your task history in Object Storage on the NAVER Cloud Platform console also applied in the bucket folder in Media Connect Center. You can register or add Object Storage with Media Connect Center when subscribing to Media Connect Center from the console. For detailed instructions, see My Products.
Even if you didn't register when you subscribed to the service on the console, you can complete subscription and registration for Object Storage together by clicking the [Subscribe to Object Storage] button that appears when you click Manage content > Bucket folder in the left side of the Media Connect Center page.
