NAVER WORKS is an online work collaboration tool with essential business features integrated into a single tool based on NAVER's IT technology and security know-how.
Please check the payment status of usage fees on a regular basis because the Admin, service data, and payment information can't be recovered if the service subscription is canceled due to late payments.

You can use essential business features for free, as well as use additional expanded features according to the pricing plan. Please see below for detailed descriptions about the various features that NAVER WORKS offers.
- Messenger: Use a messenger for work without additional training since it works similarly to LINE, which is easy and convenient.
- Home: Share notices or important internal information using the board feature with other employees.
- Calendar: Check the schedule of other members, share meeting schedules, and manage your own schedule.
- Task: Easily manage and add to your list of tasks to remember on PC or mobile devices.
- Form: Quickly collect opinions from internal members or external partners and view the results.
- Contacts: Use an address book based on the company's organization chart to easily search for members by entering their name, department, assigned duty, and other info.
- Email: Implement strong security and excellent spam blockage that allows you to use the company domain as your email address.
- Drive: Search for content using keywords and share it safely with internal and external members using a secure link.
- Admin: Management feature where you can manage the company's members, organizations, and groups, and check security issues to take necessary actions
- Bot: Use the message bot to configure essential business tools in addition to carrying out development in integration with internal and external solutions such as HR, marketing, and sales by using the Message Bot API.

Q. Q. Where can I download the NAVER WORKS app? A. You can download the app on the NAVER WORKS download page, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store.
Q. Q. How long is the free trial period? A. A. The free trial lasts for 30 days from the day of sign-up. You can see your usage period in the Contract Information under NAVER WORKS > My Product of the NAVER Cloud Platform console. After your free trial period ends, you can switch to a paid plan through Switch to paid product under Contract information.
Q. Q. What is the difference between an admin and member in NAVER WORKS? A. Admin is the user who signs up first, and plays the role of managing other members. The admin invites colleagues and oversees service feature settings. Member refers to users who joined through the admin's invitation. They communicate and collaborate with other members using NAVER WORKS.
