    Q. What is DNS service?

    • It translates domain names on the Internet to accessible IP addresses.

For example, if you type http://www.example.com into your web browser, it needs to be translated into an IP address that matches the URL so that the system can access the server with it.

    Q. What is NAVER Cloud Platform DNS?

    • This service provides a DNS server, which is difficult for individuals to operate, in a cloud form so that users can easily and conveniently manage domain settings required for service operation. You can run your own DNS server without worrying about administrative aspects such as capacity, performance, and stability of DNS server.

If you want to register a new domain and use NAVER Cloud Platform DNS Service

    1. Create a new domain in NAVER Cloud Platform DNS.
    • Since the NAVER Cloud Platform DNS is not a service for domain registration, registration is required with the domain registration authority.
