# Quota Policy

Available in Classic and VPC

Quota Policy introduces menus and features for configuring a Quota Policy, which is a usage limit policy assigned to an account group by a master account, and describes how to view Quota Policy lists.

## Quota Policy overview

Quota Policy refers to the resource usage limits of the services available to each member account within the Organization. Master accounts can apply service-specific usage limits to each account group, and the usage limit policies associated with account groups apply to all lower account groups.

## Quota Policy interface

The Quota Policy interface includes the following components:

| ① Menu name | Shows the current menu name and number of created Quota Policies. |
| ② Features | - **[Create New Policy]**: Click to create a quota policy (See [Create a Quota Policy](/docs/en/organization-quotapolicy01#QuotaPolicy%EC%83%9D%EC%84%B1) ) - **[View usage limits]**: Click to view the usage limits for each account in your organization - **[Learn More About the Product]**: Click to go to the Organization introduction page - **[Refresh]**: Click to refresh the list of quota policies - **[Delete Selected Policy]**: Click to delete the selected Quota Policy (See [Delete a Quota Policy](/docs/en/organization-quotapolicy01#QuotaPolicy%EC%82%AD%EC%A0%9C) ) - **[Copy Selected Policy]**: Click to create a Quota Policy with the same settings as the selected Quota Policy (See [Copying a Quota Policy](/docs/en/organization-quotapolicy01#QuotaPolicy%EB%B3%B5%EC%82%AC) ) |
| ③ Quota Policy list | Display the Quota Policy you created - **[Edit]**: Click to edit the quota policy (See [Modifying a quota policy](/docs/en/organization-quotapolicy01#QuotaPolicy%EC%88%98%EC%A0%95) ). - **Usage limits** **[More details]**: Click to view usage limit details - **Applies to** **[More]**: Click to see the details of what it applies to - **[Add]**: Click to add additional targets to apply the quota policy to - **[Delete]**: Click to delete the coverage |

## View Quota Policy list

You may view the created Quota Policy in the Quota Policy list and check the details of the it. The following describes how to view the Quota Policy list.

1. From NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to **Menu** > **All Services** > **Management & Governance** > **Organization**.
2. Click the **Quota Policy** menu.
3. Check the summary information in Quota Policy list or click the Quota Policy to check the details.

  - **Policy name**: Quota policy name
  - **Number of applicable account groups**: Number of account groups to which this quota policy is applied
  - **Last edited date**: When the Quota Policy was last edited
  - **Policy description**: Description of Quota policy
  - **Service limits**: About the service limits set in the Quota policy
    - **Region**: Available regions
    - **Category**: Available or creatable resource categories
    - **Service**: Available services
    - **Subservice**: Sub-categories of available services
    - **Service limits**: Quantity or capacity to create that resource
  - **Applies to**: About the targets to which the quota policy is applied
    - **Account group**: About account groups with quota policies applied
    - **Applied date**: When the quota policy was applied
