# Organization prerequisites

Available in Classic and VPC

Check cloud environment specifications, service limits, and usage fee for smooth use of Organization.

## Cloud environment specifications

The following details are the cloud environment specifications supported by Organization:

| Region | Korea, U.S., Singapore, Japan, and Germany |
| Platform | VPC, Classic |
| Languages | Korean, English, and Japanese |

## Service limits

The following are the restrictions in using Organization:

| Type | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Organization creation/signing-up/deletion | - Only 1 Organization can be created per account - Only 1 Organization can be signed up per member account - Organization's master account cannot be signed up for other Organization - Account group can be nested up to 5 depths - Only business member can create Organization, not individual members - Organization creation and deletion available only when a valid payment method is registered and there is no outstanding balance - Accounts that are scheduled to partnership/withdraw/change cannot create or join Organization - Only master account can delete Organization when all member accounts in Organization are deleted - Deletion not available if using Control Panel |
| Invite/remove member accounts | - Cannot invite accounts that belong to other Organization - Invitation emails are valid for 30 days and automatically expire if not accepted within 30 days - Can invite the same account again even if the invitation expires - No limit on the number of accounts for invitation - Only accounts with the same membership type as Master account can be invited - Accounts with an outstanding balance cannot be invited - Accounts that are scheduled to partnership/withdraw/change cannot be invited - Cannot withdraw if no payment method is registered - Cannot withdraw if coin sharing is set up with Master account - Withdrawal not available if using Control Panel |
| Apply Quota Policy | - If you subscribe to Organization, the Quota Policy limit takes precedence over individual account limit policies - When a member account with elevated resource limits signs up for Organization, and those limits conflict with the resources defined in the Quota Policy, the Quota Policy limit is applied - However, for resources not defined in the Quota Policy, the individual account's limit policy remains in effect |
| Restriction | - Acceptance of account invitations from 00:00 of the first day of the month to 23:59 of the second day of the month is processed on the third day of the month - Not allowed to accept withdrawal of member accounts or force to withdraw member accounts from 0:00 of the first day of the month to 23:59 of the second day of the month - No new Organizations can be created or deleted between the first day of the month at 00:00 and the second day of the month at 23:59 |

Organization is a free service. Credit/coin is not applicable.
