    The Getting started with Papago Translation describes what a user needs to do to properly use Papago Translation after checking the Papago Translation use environment and fully understand the overall Usage scenario.     For more efficient Papago Translation management after completing the Papago Translation subscription request, you may manage permissions for Papago Translation through Sub Account.

    The tasks above can be done after requesting subscription from Sub Account, rather than in Papago Translation, and they are not explained in detail in this guide. For more details about the usage method, refer to the Sub Account Guide.

    Request Papago Translation subscription

    The following describes how to request subscription to Papago Translation from the NAVER Cloud Platform console.

    Note

    When you request subscription to Papago Translation from August 18, 2022 and onwards, you may not request subscription in the AI·NAVER API menu of the NAVER Cloud Platform console.

    1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click the Services > AI Services > Papago Translation menus, in that order.
    3. Click the [Request subscription] button.
    4. Check the details in the subscription request agreement pop-up window, and then click the [Confirm] button.

    Cancel Papago Translation subscription

    The following describes how to cancel Papago Translation subscription.

    Note

    Before cancel Papago Translation subscription, please delete all applications in use.

    1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click the Services > AI Services > Papago Translation menus, in that order.
    3. Click the Subscription menu.
    4. Click the [Product in use] button, and then click the [Cancel subscription] button.
    5. When the Cancel subscription pop-up window appears, click the [Confirm] button.
      • When there is an application in use, the [View application list] button appears on the Cancel subscription pop-up window and when you click the button, you may go to the list page of applications currently in use.

    Request Cloud Insight subscription

    To add a notification recipient to receive a notification on the application usage, you may need to request subscription to Cloud Insight. The following describes how to request subscription to Cloud Insight from the NAVER Cloud Platform console.

    Caution

    How to request subscription to Cloud Insight is briefly introduced in this section. For details about the full subscription request method, please refer to Cloud Insight Subscription Request Guide.

    1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click the Services > Management & Governance > Cloud Insight (Monitoring) menus, in that order.
    3. Click the Subscription menu.
    4. Click the [Request subscription] button.
    5. Check the details in the subscription request pop-up window, and then click the [Confirm] button.
