Available in Classic and VPC

You can view the interfaces of KakaoTalk Channel, AlimTalk Template, AlimTalk Message, AlimTalk Reservation, BrandMessage Template, BrandMessage Message, BrandMessage Reservation menus under the Biz Message menu.

KakaoTalk Channel interface

The KakaoTalk Channel interface includes the following components:

Component Description
① Menu name Current menu name.
② Basic features Features displayed when you initially navigate to Biz Message > KakaoTalk Channel.
  • [Register channel]: Click to Register KakaoTalk Channel
  • [Learn more]: Go to the Simple & Easy Notification Service overview page.
  • [Open API guide]: Go to the Simple & Easy Notification Service API guide.
  • [Refresh]: Reload the SMS message delivery history.
③ Service Service to view KakaoTalk Channel.
  • Select a project from the dropdown menu.
④ Service information Details of the service.
  • Status: The current status of the service type.
    • Normal: Status where service can be used normally.
    • Block: Status where service cannot be use.
    • Stopped: Status where service cannot be used but can be reactivated based on customer decision.
  • Service ID: The service ID required to send messages via the Open API.
    • Click [Copy] to copy this information to clipboard.
Transfer channel Click to Transfer a KakaoTalk Channel to another project.
⑥ KakaoTalk Channel list List of registered KakaoTalk Channels.
⑦ 080 free opt-out number 080 free opt-out number registration information.
  • [Edit]: Register or edit an 080 free opt-out number.
    • After switching channels, you must update the information according to the account.
⑧ Expanded use of BrandMessage Application status for expanded use of BrandMessage for sending messages to "ad consent users" (M and N groups).
  • [Edit]: Subscribe for expanded BrandMessage usage.
  • [Unsubscribe]: Unsubscribe from expanded BrandMessage usage.
    • You can transfer a channel only after you unsubscribe from the use of BrandMessage.
  • Status: Usage status.
    • Not in use: Unsubscribed status.
    • In use: Available for use.

AlimTalk Template interface

The AlimTalk Template interface includes the following components:

① Menu name Current menu name.
Register template Click to Register an AlimTalk template.
③ Basic features Features displayed when you initially navigate to Biz Message > AlimTalk Template.

④ Service Service to view KakaoTalk Channel.
  • Select a project from the dropdown menu.

  • Status: The current status of the service type.
    • Normal: Status where service can be used normally.
    • Block: Status where service cannot be use.
    • Stopped: Status where service cannot be used but can be reactivated based on customer decision.
  • Service ID: The service ID required to send messages via the Open API.

  • Template: Search by channel, template name (code), status, type, and category group.

AlimTalk Message interface

The AlimTalk Message interface includes the following components:

  • Usage limit: The usage amount and limits for each service type.
  • Set usage limits Click to Set usage limits.
    ⑥ Export delivery history Click to Export message history.
    ⑦ Search component
    • Message: Search by request time, status, KakaoTalk Channel, message ID, request ID, template code, and recipient number.
    ⑧ Message delivery history
    • History of AlimTalk messages sent from the selected service and KakaoTalk Channel.
      • [View full result]: Click to check the delivery result.

    AlimTalk Reservation interface

    The AlimTalk Reservation interface includes the following components:

    • Reservation history: Search by period, scheduled ID, and filter conditions.
    ⑦ Scheduled message history
    • [Scheduled history]: View the list of scheduled AlimTalk messages.
      • [Cancel reservation]: Enabled when a reservation with Standby status is selected. Click to Cancel scheduled delivery.
      • You can filter the scheduled delivery list by setting a period and using the scheduled status filter.

    BrandMessage Template interface

    The BrandMessage Template interface includes the following components:

    BrandMessage Reservation interface

    The BrandMessage Reservation interface includes the following components:
