This part describes the screen configuration of the menus of KakaoTalk Channel , AlimTalk Template , AlimTalk Message , AlimTalk Reservation , FriendTalk Message , and FriendTalk Reservation under the Biz Message menu.
KakaoTalk Channel screen The KakaoTalk Channel screen is laid out as follows:
Area Description ① Menu name Name of the menu currently being viewed ② Basic features Features displayed when you initially enter Biz Message > KakaoTalk Channel [Register Channel] button: click to register KakaoTalk Channel [Learn more about the product] button: click to go to Simple & Easy Notification Service guide page[OPEN API guide] button: click to go to Simple & Easy Notification Service API guide[Refresh] button: click to refresh SMS message delivery history ③ Service Service for viewing KakaoTalk ChannelSelect a project in the dropdown menu ④ Service information Detailed service informationStatus : status of service typeNormal : status where service can be used normallyBlocked : status where service cannot be usedSuspended : status where service cannot be used but can be reactivated based on customer decisionService ID : service ID required when sending messages through OPEN APIClick the [Copy] button to copy this information to clipboard ⑤ Transfer channel Click the button to transfer a KakaoTalk Channel to another project ⑥ KakaoTalk Channel list List of registered KakaoTalk Channels
