Certificate describes how to issue/register/edit/delete certificates and register/delete user devices.
To use features provided in Push > Certificate, you must have a project set up to use Push. To create a project, see Create project, and to edit the settings of a created project, see Edit project.
Issue certificate
To send Push messages, you must obtain a certificate for each type of Push you want to use and register the certificate in Simple & Easy Notification Service.

Register certificate
Simple & Easy Notification Service can register FCM (GCM)/FCMv1 certificates and APNS certificates.
FCM (GCM) certificate registration
To register the FCM (GCM) certificate, follow these steps:
- Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
- Click Services > Application Services > Simple & Easy Notification Service in order.
- Click Push > Certificate in order.
- After selecting the project to register the certificate, click the [FCM (GCM)] tab.
- After entering the issued Sender ID and Server Key, click the [Save] button.
The services for FCM (GCM) types will end on June 20, 2024. For more information on how to switch to FCMv1, see FCMv1 Transition Guide.
Register FCMv1 certificates
To register the FCMv1 certificate, follow these steps:
- Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
- Click Services > Application Services > Simple & Easy Notification Service in order.
- Click Push > Certificate in order.
- After selecting the project to register the certificate, click the [FCMv1] tab.
- Enter the issued Project ID, and then upload the issued Private Key file.
- Click the [Save] button.
Register APNS certificates
To register the APNS certificate, follow these steps:
- Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
- Click Services > Application Services > Simple & Easy Notification Service in order.
- Click Push > Certificate in order.
- After selecting the project to register the certificate, click the [APNS] tab.
- Click the [Upload certificate file] button and upload the certificate file.
- Enter the certificate information and then click the [Save] button.
- Password: enter a certificate password
- Type: select a certificate type
- App Id and Expired are displayed when certificate registration is complete.
Edit certificate
To edit a certificate, follow these steps:
- Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
- Click Services > Application Services > Simple & Easy Notification Service in order.
- Click Push > Certificate in order.
- Select the project with the certificate to be edited.
- Click on the certificate tab to edit and apply the change.
- Click the [Save] button.
- The edited content is applied.
Delete certificate
To delete a certificate, follow these steps:
- Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
- Click Services > Application Services > Simple & Easy Notification Service in order.
- Click Push > Certificate in order.
- Select the project with the certificate to be deleted.
- Click the tab for the certificate to be deleted and then click the [Delete] button.
- The [Delete] button is displayed only when the certificate is registered.
- When the delete certificate popup window appears, enter the project name and click the [Delete] button.
- The certificate will be deleted.
Register and delete user device
Only OPEN API provides a feature to register and delete user devices. You can freely manage users and device tokens on user devices using the provided OPEN API. See Push API of the Simple & Easy Notification Service API guide.
