    Reserved delivery management describes how to view the reserved delivery list and how to cancel the delivery of a message reserved to be delivered.

    Note

    To use the functions provided in the menu of Biz Message > FriendTalk Reservation, you need to have a project set to use the Biz Message. To create a project, see Create project, and to edit the settings of a created project, see Edit project.

    View reserved delivery list

    The following describes how to view the reserved delivery list.

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and Platform menu of the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click the menus of Services > Application Services > Simple & Easy Notification Service, in that order.
    3. Click the menus of Biz Message > FriendTalk Reservation in order.
    4. Select the project to view the reserved delivery list.
    5. Click the [Reservation details] tab.
      • The reserved delivery list of the selected project is viewed.
      • When needed, you can filter and view the reserved delivery list by setting the period and the filter.
      • Click the [View details] button to view the reserved delivery message information.
      • Click the [View results] button to view the reserved delivery results.

    Cancel reserved delivery

    The following describes how to cancel the delivery of FriendTalk reserved messages.

    Note

    You can cancel only the content with the reservation status of Ready.

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and Platform menu of the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click the menus of Services > Application Services > Simple & Easy Notification Service, in that order.
    3. Click the menus of Biz Message > FriendTalk Reservation in order.
    4. Select the project with the content to be canceled and click the [Reservation details] tab.
    5. Select the content to be canceled and then click the [Cancel reservation] button.
    6. Check the content in the Cancel reservation pop-up window and then click the [Delete] button.
      • The reserved delivery is canceled and its status is changed to Canceled.
