Server-related resource limits
Server-related resources can be used within the following limits:
Resource | Default | Description |
---|---|---|
Number of servers | It differs depending on the server type. See the limit in the server creation limit by server type | If the limit needs to be increased, see the FAQs and contact customer support |
Maximum number of public IPs per server | 1 per server | If the limit needs to be increased, see the FAQs and contact customer support |
Maximum number of ACGs per account | 100 | If the limit needs to be increased, see the FAQs and contact customer support |
Maximum number of ACGs per server | 5 | If the limit needs to be increased, see the FAQs and contact customer support |
Maximum number of rules per ACG | 100 | If the limit needs to be increased, see the FAQs and contact customer support |
Number of server groups | Unlimited | No limit |
Maximum number of network interfaces | 1 | Can't increase limit |
Available days to stop server | Up to 90 days per stop and 180 cumulative days in a 12-month period | The limit can't be increased (while the server is stopped, only the basic disk fee to install the operating system will be incurred) |
Server creation limit by server type
The server creation limit differs according to the country and member type (individual, corporate) selected upon signing up. If you want to change the limit, request it through customer support > contact us.
If you need more servers than the server creation limits, check the FAQs and inquire {target="_blank"}customer support to increase the limit.

Storage specifications
Additional Block Storage specifications are as follows:
Item | HDD | SSD |
---|---|---|
Minimum size | 10 GB | 10 GB |
Maximum size | 2 TB | 2 TB |
Maximum number of additional storages | 15 (may vary depending on the operating system) | 15 (may vary depending on the operating system) |
- The maximum number of additional storages does not include the default storage. 1 default storage is provided when you create a server, and you can add 15 additional storages.
- SSD Block Storage provides 4000 IOPS between 10 GB to 100 GB and additional 40 IOPS per 1 GB after that. Up to 20,000 IOPS (4 KiB I/O) is provided.
ACG specifications
Each account of NAVER Cloud Platform has a default ACG created. The ACG provided by default follows the basic rules shown below.
- Block all inbound traffic
- Allow all outbound traffic (specified as rule)
- Allow bidirectional network communication between servers in default ACG (added as rule, can be deleted)
ACGs directly created by users have no rules for outbound traffic, so all outgoing connections are blocked.
Usage fees
Server is serviced on a pay-as-you-go pricing plan. For more details about the pricing for Server, see the following pages:
