It is a specialized vertical solution that consists of the business collaboration tool NAVER WORKS, corporate information system WORKPLACE, and file sharing service, WORKBOX.     • NAVER WORKS

      • Mobile-based collaboration tool: All-in-one mobile app in which all features, such as Mail, Message, Calendar, Contacts and Drive, are integrated, making it easy to get work done.
      • Easy to use: With a page configuration similar to NAVER/LINE services, it's easy for any employee of any age to use starting from the day of NAVER WORKS implementation, on PC or mobile devices.
      • On-site communication: With a smartphone, you can easily and quickly communicate and share information with your colleagues through NAVER WORKS messages anywhere you work.
      • Mobile optimization: All-in-one mobile app in which all features, such as Message, Mail, Calendar and Drive, are integrated, making it easy to get work done.
    • WORKPLACE

      • Customized corporate information system: In compliance with the Korean Labor Standards Act and Business Accounting Standards, features such as Member, Approval, Attendance, Expense and Accounting are provided in integration on PC web and mobile app.
      • Sharing and communication: By simplifying the approval process, decision-making can be done faster, along with the various notification channels and document sharing, leading to more natural interdepartmental and interwork communication.
      • Service linkage: Seamless linkage with cloud solutions, such as NAVER WORKS, Google, Slack, Kakao Talk, LINE, etc., are supported. From SSO settings to linking member information notifications and bot support, a better work experience is provided through synchronized services.
      • Customized settings: It provides easy-to-use and convenient admin features to help a company establish its identity and configure a system fit for company regulations. It also provides customized services to help with flexible management in accordance with company conditions.
      • Smart collaboration partner AI: Anyone can easily apply AI to their work and automate repetitive work processes to heighten work efficiency.
    • WORKBOX

      • Strong and convenient file sharing service: Data can be safely managed, and files can be shared with ease between internal/external collaborating colleagues through the corporate cloud file sharing service.
      • Real-time sync of shared and personal folders: The sync settings can be configured in folder units on the WORKBOX service and user PCs, and you can check the version history of synced files and restore them. The files are updated in real time to all shared folders set to be synced.
      • Useful search features and online editing: It provides useful features for each purpose, including easy and quick data search, assessment of document content through document preview, storage of user and admin access/activity logs. Also, through the online document editing feature, multiple users can access simultaneously and edit the shared file together in real time.
    • Proven safety and convenience: Its stability and reliability of information management have been recognized by acquiring international standard certification for the information protection management system and service's personal information protection management system from international certificate authorities, with its world-class IT infrastructure and security technology.

      • Global top-level security service: It is operated with the service optimized for corporations, through dedicated personnel for information security as well as the emergency response organization.
      • Protection and management of personal information: The personal information of users is managed safely and systematically based on international standards and laws.

    Q. What are shared capacity and individual capacity?

    • Shared capacity: It is the capacity used for the operation of services. For example, it is used for file uploads such as the attached file of the approval document or image files in employee information, messengers and data storage of bulletin boards in WORKPLACE. There is no capacity limitations for approval documents and Member and Accounting data generated during the operation of WORKPLACE.
    • Individual capacity: It is used for the data storage of Mail and Drive for each user. When using the NAVER WORKS Basic service, 30 GB for Mail and 30 GB for Drive are provided by default. The addition of capacity by user is not available. If you use the NAVER WORKS Premium service, then you can use the Mail service without any capacity limitations.
    • When bundling NAVER WORKS and WORKPLACE to use, the capacity of NAVER WORKS is added to the capacity of WORKPLACE and provided.
