    • Newly subscribed customers are granted a 30-day free trial period.
    • SLA is not guaranteed during the 30-day free trial period for all products.
    • The quoted price is per person. Adding new members is immediately reflected on the number of people to be billed. (VAT excluded)
    • The shared storage of the WORKS Lite service is allocated to the use of Message, Post, Calendar, and Survey features.
    • The shared storage of the WORKS Basic and Premium services is allocated to the use of Message, Post, Calendar, Survey, and Drive features.
    • For Payroll, Pledge, Expenditure, and Sales features of WORKPLACE, select the Basic product first and request subscriptions to HR services (Payroll and Pledge) and Finance services (Expenditure and Sales) products in the WORKPLACE console.

    Pricing

    • A 30-day free trial of the service is available when you request subscription to the SMARTWORK service. After the trial period, the fees are charged based on the selected product.

    • When using the SMARTWORK bundle product, which bundles WORKPLACE and NAVER WORKS, a 10% bundle discount for the total price is provided. When using the "annual pricing plan," the 10% discount is applied in addition to the amount calculated by applying the "contract period discount," giving you a greater discount benefit.

      • The bundle discount benefit applies to the month of purchase and the month that the service is used every day.
      • If you cancel in the middle of the contract period after purchasing a bundle, you are not eligible for the discount from the month of cancellation.
      • In addition, the discount will not apply for the month, even if you subscribe again to a bundle on the same month when you cancel in the middle of the contract.
      • When the Free pricing plan is included, you will become ineligible for the discount benefit.
