Available in Classic and VPC
When you bundle NAVER WORKS and WORKPLACE, data such as member information, organization information, personal information of users, absence status, password, and language/time zone are linked. The changes in data are only applied from WORKPLACE, preventing data duplication and enabling easy management of updates. Changed data is automatically synchronized in real-time with NAVER WORKS, ensuring smooth linkage for using bundles.
Reset user account password after product bundling
(When logged out after changing to SMARTWORK while using NAVER WORKS)
Inquire the admin for the password entered when requesting subscription to SMARTWORK. You can separately check the password the admin entered and enter the new password to log in and use the service.
When the admin requested for users to set their own passwords when subscribing to SMARTWORK, the notification about password reset is sent to the personal email registered in NAVER WORKS or the email the admin temporarily registered when requesting subscription. You can check the personal email entered in NAVER WORKS and enter a new password to log in and use the service.
If you can't log in with the above two methods, then request the admin to change the password. The company admin can change individual passwords from Admin > Manage Account menu, and pass it to the employee.
In the following table, you can check the items whose changes are only limited to WORKPLACE when bundling NAVER WORKS and WORKPLACE, compared to when using NAVER WORKS alone. Click each item in the table to check the changes for the corresponding item in detail upon product bundling.
