    In SourceBand, you can manage your work and schedule using issues.

    You can create issues in projects within your organization. Managing issues introduces how to add, edit, and delete issues; add a comment to an issue; and manage issues by viewing the issue history.

    Create issue

    In SourceBand, you can create an issue in the following way.

    Create project issue

    To create a project issue, follow these steps:

    1. Click the [Create new] > [Add issue] button on the SourceBand project page.
    2. After entering the issue settings, click the [Save] button. (See Issue settings.)

    Create issues within board column

    To create an issue within the board column, follow these steps:

    1. From the SourceBand project page, click the Board button to move to the Board page.
    2. Click [Add issue] at the top of the column where you want to create an issue.
    3. Enter the title of issue, and then click the [Confirm] button.

    Issue settings

    To go to the issue setting screen in SourceBand, follow these steps:

    1. Click an issue card or the ⋮ button on an issue card.
      • On the SourceBand board page, click the ⋮ button in the lower-right corner of the issue card.
      • On the SourceBand table page, click the ⋮ button to the right of the issue.
      • On the SourceBand roadmap page, click the ⋮ button to the right of the issue.
    2. Click [Issue settings].

    In the issue settings, you can set the following items.

    • Issue title: create the title of the issue.
    • Issue classification: classify issues by setting issue types, tags, columns, and upper-level issue groups.
    • Write issue content: write the content of the issue by entering issue description and comments.
    • Assign issue: assign an issue to a specific person.

    The following is a description of each item on the issue settings page.

    • Issue number: assigned automatically when creating an issue
    • Issue title: enter the issue title
    • Issue description: enter the issue description
    • Type: type of issue. Select Issue or Epic. Epic is a type used to combine issues as a group
    • Upper-level issue group: select the upper-level issue group of the issue. Only Epic issues can be designated as an upper-level issue group
    • Column: select the column to which the issue belongs
    • Work schedule: enter the work schedule for the issue
    • Tag: select a project tag to assign to the issue
    • Manager: select the manager of the issue
    • Devops job: select the integration of Devops job history
    Note
    • You can select any Epics except your own as the upper-level issue group.
    • You can set the work schedule only if the issue type is Epic.

    Managing issue comments

    You can use the comment feature for issues created in SourceBand. You can use the comment feature to record the contents of an issue, share the related work contents, share your comments and work contents, and more.

    Create issue comment

    You can create comments on SourceBand issues in the following way.

    1. In SourceBand, move to the settings page of the issue you want to comment on.
    2. Enter your comment in the comment field and click the [Register] button.

    Edit issue comment

    In a SourceBand issue, you can edit a comment on the issue in the following way.

    1. In SourceBand, move to the settings page of the issue you want to comment on.
    2. Move your cursor over the comment you want to edit.
    3. Click the ⋮> Edit button in the top right corner of the comment field.
    4. Enter your comment in the comment field and click the [Register] button.

    Delete issue comment

    In SourceBand, you can delete a comment on the issue in the following way.

    1. In SourceBand, move to the settings page of the issue you want to comment on.
    2. Move your cursor over the comment you want to edit.
    3. Click the ⋮> Delete button in the top right corner of the comment field.
    4. From the delete comment pop-up window, click the [Delete] button.

    View issue histories

    For issues created in SourceBand, you can view the history of their creation, editing, and deletion. Use this feature to see the history of an issue (from creation to recent updates) at a glance.

    In a SourceBand issue, you can view the issue change history list in the following way.

    1. In SourceBand, move to the settings page of the issue you want to check its history.
    2. Click the [Change history] tab at the top of the issue setting modal.

    In a SourceBand issue, you can view the issue change details in the following way.

    1. In SourceBand, move to the settings page of the issue you want to check its history.
    2. Click the [Change history] tab at the top of the issue setting modal.
    3. In the issue history list, click the history item to check the details.

    Delete issue

    In SourceBand, you can delete an issue in the following way.

    1. Click the ⋮> [Delete issue] button on the issue in order.
      • On the SourceBand board page, click the ⋮ button to the lower-right of the issue card.
      • On the SourceBand table page, click the ⋮ button on the right of the issue.
      • On the SourceBand roadmap page, click the ⋮ button on the right of the issue.
    2. From the delete issue pop-up window, click the [Delete] button.
