You might run into the following problems when using SSL VPN. Find out causes and possible solutions.

Troubleshoot prior action issues

SSL VPN agent installation and execution errors occur.

Cause

SSL VPN agent is not installed properly or a security program is preventing the installation and execution of the SSL VPN agent.

Solution

  • Close all security programs.
  • Delete and reinstall SSL VPN agent.

Troubleshoot SSL VPN agent access error issues

When connecting SSL VPN, the error message "You are logged out" is displayed and I cannot access SSL VPN.

Cause

I don't have write permissions to /Library/F5Networks/Inspectors directories.

Solution

The solutions are as follows:

  1. Run "terminal.app."
  2. When "/Library/F5Networks/Inspectors" directory is not present, create the directory.
    sudo mkdir -p /Library/F5Networks/Inspectors
  3. Go to the created directory.
    cd /Library/F5Networks/Inspectors
  4. Download the Inspector file.
    sudo curl -O https://sslvpn-vpc-01.fin-ncloud.com/public/download/mac_oesisInspector.tar
  5. Unzip the downloaded file.
    sudo tar -xvf mac_oesisInspector.tar
  6. Delete the downloaded file.
    sudo rm mac_oesisInspector.tar
