    2. Click the Customer support > Support center > Notice menus, in that order.
    3. Click the content you need to check.

    FAQ

    You can check questions and answers that users ask frequently, such as member, service, pricing, solution, training/technical certification, and failure. To resolve your problem easier and faster, please check FAQs before contacting through an email or phone.

    The following describes how to check the FAQs.

    1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform portal.
    2. Click the Customer support > Support center > FAQ menus, in that order.
    3. Click or search the content you need to check.

    Contact us

    You can create inquires on member, pricing, training, service, solution, failure, sales, etc., submit them, and receive answers. The following describes how to create and submit inquires.

    1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform portal.
    2. Click the Customer support > Support center > Contact Us menus, in that order.
    3. Select the Inquiry type and enter the title and content.
    4. If necessary, click the [Add file] button to add files for your inquiry.
    5. Enter your email address and phone number.
    6. Click to accept the Information on the collection and use of personal information, respectively.
    7. Enter the human verification message.
    8. Click the [Contact us] button.
      • An email to confirm the inquiry is received is sent to the email address you entered in Step 5.
    Note

    If you a member, log in and submit your inquires. Then you can view your inquires and answers in My Page > My Inquires.

    Partnership inquiries

    You can suggest various partnerships for the NAVER Cloud Platform and check their status.
    Partnership is a procedure of partner program. For more information on the partner program, see Partner program.

    Data

    You can download written applications for various services as well as member management data documents. The following describes how to view and download the data.

    1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform portal.
    2. Click the Customer support > Support center > Data menus, in that order.
    3. Click the icon of data you need, to download the corresponding files.

    Report center

    You can learn the procedure and method to report the copyright infringement or harmful post. The following shows how to do report the copyright infringement or harmful post.

    1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform portal.
    2. Click the Customer support > Support center > Report center menus, in that order.
    3. Click the [Report the copyright infringement or harmful post] button.
    4. Select the report classification, reporter type, and reported by self.
    5. Enter the title, reporter name, reporter phone number, reporter email address, and report details.
    6. Register the required documents (request for suspension of publication, copy of ID card, and evidential document).
    7. Click to accept the Information on the collection and use of personal information.
    8. Click the [Finish] button.
      • An email to confirm the inquiry is received is sent to the email address you entered in Step 5.

    • You can also use the Ncloud bot in the floating menu on the right side of the portal page if you'd like an online consultation about membership, pricing, service recommendations, client cases, solutions, training and events with NAVER Cloud Platform's chatbot technology.
