NAVER Cloud Platform's vast services and solutions are optimized for building an economical and efficient system that meets customer requirements. Anyone can learn how to use cloud services easily and quickly because NAVER Cloud Platform provides various educational content. NAVER Cloud runs a separate education portal (https://edu.ncloud.com/) that provides educational content for everyone, from first-time cloud service users to advanced users, to suit their level. Our education portal also provides a contactless learning content suitable for this non-contact era. You can learn about cloud services anytime, anywhere.

Technical certification

We are implementing a technical certification system to enhance the technical understanding of NAVER Cloud Platform. NAVER Cloud Platform technical certifications consist of 3 levels: NAVER Cloud Platform Certified Associate, NAVER Cloud Platform Certified Professional, and NAVER Cloud Platform Certified Expert. The subjects in NAVER Cloud Platform technical certificate test vary, depending on the level. The test is either a written test or a combination of a written practical portion.

Apply for training and events

You can check and apply for in-depth training and various events on various services provided by NAVER Cloud Platform, from cloud to industry-related information.

Apply for training and events

How to apply for training and events provided by NAVER Cloud Platform is as follows.

1. Access and log in to the NAVER Cloud Platform portal.
2. Click the Support > Training center > Apply for training and events menu, in that order.
3. From the list of training and event schedules, click the name of the training/event you want.
   • You can only apply for training/events that are recruiting
4. Check the details on the page and click the [Apply] button at the bottom.
5. After entering all required fields, click to select consent to the collection of personal information, and then click the [Apply] button.
6. For paid training/events, click the [Next] button to proceed with payment, then click the [OK] button.
7. Check the application confirmation email you received.

Cancel application

You may cancel the training and events you have applied for. There are two ways to cancel: by email and in the portal.

Cancel by email

You can cancel your application through the training/event application confirmation email. This is the only way non-members can cancel their application. The method is as follows.

1. Open the registration confirmation email for the training/event you wish to cancel.
2. Click the [Cancel registration] button at the bottom of the email.

Cancel from portal

This method can be used only when you log in to the portal and apply for training and events. The content is as follows.

1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform portal.
2. Click the Support > Training center > Apply for training and events menu.
3. From the list of training and event schedules, click the name of the training/event you want to cancel.
4. Check the details on the page and click the [Cancel application] button at the bottom.

Support programs

NAVER Cloud Platform operates various support programs for professional cloud consulting and training. We offer 3 types of support programs: migration support, startup support, and academic support.

Migration support program

If you're considering adopting the cloud from the existing on-premise environment or transferring from a different cloud service to NAVER Cloud and in need of a migration, then it is necessary to establish migration plans from the implementation stage and make systematic preparations for efficient operation.
The Architect with Cloud Experts (ACE) program assists customers through each stage of migration. With it, we assess suitability of adopting the cloud for the customer's service and provide an architecture building service for the migration. Startup support program

Greenhouse Benefit is a program that provides cloud infrastructure, training, and technical consulting to an accelerator, incubator, or startup under a venture capital in partnership with the NAVER Cloud Platform. You may also be eligible if you are a tenant in an affiliated co-working space. We provide credits to use NAVER Cloud Platform's entire service, and they can use the groupware WORKPLACE. Academic support program

Green Rookie is a program that provides cloud infrastructure and education for faculty and students to foster future IT professionals. We provide credits to faculty and students of educational institutions in the Green Rookie program, as well as a wide variety of cloud benefits. Prospective developer support program

Green Developers is a program that supports up to 1 million KRW in credits, educational materials, and developer community participation for prospective and junior developers who use the cloud for learning and self-development purposes.

SaaS program

This is a program that provides businesses that provide a SaaS or are planning to launch a SaaS, or small and medium businesses that plan to switch to SaaS, with multi-faceted support such as cloud infrastructure they need, NAVER Cloud discount credits, technology, training, networking and PR opportunities, business benefits, etc. For more details on the support, see the SaaS program on the portal.
