    You can manage contact information and alert targets to receive events (including failures) and promotional information from NAVER CLOUD PLATFORM.

    Manage Alert Target

    The following describes how to check, modify, and delete the information of the target to be notified.

    1. Access and log in to the NAVER Cloud Platform portal.
    2. Click the My Page > Manage Alert menus in order.
    3. Check the target information set as the alert target in the list of Manage Alert Target.
      • [Edit] button: Click to modify alert target information
      • [Delete] button: Click to delete a alert target
    Note

    You cannot delete the default alert target, which is displayed by default in the edit item, but you can edit the information.
    You can edit the information of the default alert target from the menu below.

    • Edit phone number: My Page > Manage account > Change account

    • Edit email address: My Page > Manage account > Change member information

    Add Alert Target

    The following describes how to add a new target to receive notifications.

    1. Access and log in to the NAVER Cloud Platform portal.
    2. Click the My Page > Manage Alert menus in order.
    3. Click the [Add] button in Manage Alert Target.
    4. Please enter the name, mobile phone number and email address of the alert target.
      • Mobile phone number requires verification.
        1. After entering your mobile phone number, click the [Verify mobile phone] button.
        2. Enter the authentication number you received and click the [Confirm] button.
    5. Please check the information on the collection and use of personal information and click the [Add] button.
    Note

    You can register up to 20 alert targets.

    Change notification settings

    The following describes how to set whether to receive notifications by SMS and mail.

    1. Access and log in to the NAVER Cloud Platform portal.
    2. Click the My Page > Manage Alert menus in order.
    3. In Change notification settings, select whether to receive SMS and mail respectively.
    4. When choosing to receive emails, please select the event and promotion categories you want.
    5. Click the [Save] button.
    Note

    Even if you set not to receive, you can receive non-advertising information such as subscription, payment, and service management. However, if you block the sender mail or phone number, you will not be able to receive it, so please check whether it is blocked or not.
