    You can check and manage the status of services in use.

    Solution usage status

    You can check the solution usage status as follows.

    Note

    You can check the monthly usage fee for the solution in use in Other services under My Page > Manage usage > Service usage history.

    1. Access to the NAVER Cloud Platform portal.
    2. Click Login at the upper right of the NAVER Cloud Platform portal.
    3. When the login screen appears, enter your ID and password, then click the [Log in] button.
    4. Click the My Page menu at the top center, then Solution usage status.
    5. On the Solution usage status page, check the required information.
    • Solution in use: Name of the solution in use
    • Solution area: Type of the solution in use
    • Seller/point of contact: Ask for seller information for the solution in use and questions regarding the solution (e.g., usage method, request application, cancellation, etc.).
    • Date of application: Date when you requested subscription
    • Date of completion: Date of completing for requesting subscription
    • Service status: Service status of the solution in use
    • Subscription: Subscription information of the solution in use
    • Requests for application: Additional requests from customers when applying for a solution
