Automatic encoding error
The same MP4 file was encoded manually and automatically, but only the manual encoding was successful.
Cause
If the input file name automatically encoded by the Cloud Functions service has no extension or an unsupported extension, the encoding fails.
Solution
Check the Cloud Functions source code to ensure that the input file name has the correct extension.
