    Autorotation of device

    The following are the features on the autorotation by device/browser when using the player in full screen:

    Android device web browser

    The following features to be seen when switching to full screen on all browsers on Android devices:

    • All UIs provided by the player are maintained.
    • When turning off the full screen, playback continues without pausing.
    • The player served through the browser does not have control over device rotation. Therefore, you can see the vertically full screen if you switch to full screen in a vertical condition.

    • You can switch to a horizontally full screen by rotating the device manually in a vertically full screen. However, the screen doesn’t rotate horizontally if the autorotation of your device is locked.

    iPhone Safari browser

    You can see the following features when switching to full screen on Safari on iPhone:

    • iOS OS Native player is forcibly carried out (apple policy)
    • The UI design varies depending on the iOS version.
    • Playback stops when turning off full screen.
    • The player served through the browser does not have control over device rotation. Therefore, you can see the vertically full screen if you switch to full screen in a vertical condition.

    • You can switch to a horizontally full screen by rotating the device manually in a vertically full screen. However, the screen doesn’t rotate horizontally if the autorotation of your device is locked.

    iPad web browser

    You can see the following features when switching to full screen on web browser on iPad:

    • All UIs provided by the player are maintained.
    • When turning off the full screen, playback continues without pausing.
    • A Native close button is displayed at the top left. (OS enforcement)
    • The player served through the browser does not have control over device rotation. Therefore, you can see the vertically full screen if you switch to full screen in a vertical condition.

    You can see the following features when switching to full screen on Video Player Enhancement Native SDK on iPhone and Android devices:

    • All UIs provided by the player are maintained.
    • When switching screen, playback continues without pausing.
    • When switching to full screen, automatically rotate horizontally.

    Usage fees

    The Video Player Enhancement service charges the basic plan based on the service plan and additional charges are incurred for each exceeded call beyond the base plan. Besides, the charges for integration services to use the Video player Enhancement service are separately charged and see detailed fee standards on each service introduction page.
    For detailed standards about the usage fee of the Video Player Enhancement service, refer to Services > Media > Video Player Enhancement menu on portal or the pricing information page by Region.
