Available in Classic and VPC
Web service Monitoring System is NAVER Cloud Platform's 24/7 monitoring service that utilizes a synthetic monitoring method. It enables you to run monitoring scenarios and collect or analyze data in your actual web service environment. It also helps provide a stable user experience for web services and improves them to a higher level by enabling proactive detection and response to errors that occur during monitoring.
Web service Monitoring System features
Web service Monitoring System offers these key features:
- URL/Scenario registration: Web service monitoring in PC and mobile environments is easy, requiring just the URL of the web service to be monitored without installing a separate agent or adding code, and scenarios for monitoring user usage patterns can be configured through the UI.
- Monitoring dashboard: Comes in the form of individual dashboards to provide at-a-glance monitoring information such as availability and average response speed.
- Real-time service status analysis: Real-time monitoring provides information on the stage at which an error occurred and a screenshot of the error at the time of detection, allowing the cause of errors to be identified quickly.
- Custom monitoring and notification settings: You can set different monitoring cycles, measurement countries, etc. for each web service with customized monitoring. When an error is detected, a notification is sent to the person in charge of responding according to the set conditions, enabling a quick response.
