    Web Monitoring results describe how to access the view monitoring result page to check detailed monitoring results for each web service, how to configure the page, and how to check the results. To access the view monitoring results page, click the Services > Management & Governance > Web service Monitoring System menus in that order, then click the dashboard name or i-wms_result_page.

    Monitoring results page

    The view monitoring results page is laid out as follows:

  • In the drop-down list of all web service URLs registered for monitoring, click the URL of the desired web service to navigate to the View monitoring results page for that web service
  • ② Search period filterSearch period filter of the availability graph

  • Percentage graph: graph of the number of normal and error cases expressed as percentage
  • Statistics graph: it is a graph showing availability statistics, which can be checked in detail using additional features (refer to Check statistical graph)
  • ④ Result search filterMonitoring result list filters
    ⑤ ListA list of results that summarizes the contents of the availability graph (refer to Check result list)

    Check monitoring result

    The following describes how to check monitoring results.

    1. On the View monitoring results page, select the period to search results using the search period filter.
      • You can select a time period from 6 hours, 12 hours, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, or 1 year, or you can manually enter the date and time.
      • If you manually enter a date after selecting a period, the selected period is automatically calculated and applied to the entered date.
        • <example> If you select a period by clicking the [1D] button and enter May 2 as the start date, the end date will be calculated as May 3 and applied to the result.
    2. Check the graph of service availability and the list of monitoring results.

    Check statistics graph

    Statistical graphs display the average load time of the monitoring by time range. Also, when an error occurs, the error point is displayed as a red dot on the graph. You can manually control statistical graphs to see more details. Additional features that help with manual operation include the following:

    • i-wms_magnify: zoom in
      • When the relevant additional feature is enabled, hover over the desired area of ​​the graph with a mouse and drag to zoom in the area.
      • Blue indicates enabled, gray indicates disabled status.
    • i-wms_returning: revert
      • After zooming in the graph, click the i-wms_returning button to revert the graph to the status before the zoom in.
      • Blue indicates enabled, gray indicates disabled status.
    • Name of the country of measurement: it indicates the country where the measurement agent is located and is colored differently by country
      • If you click the desired country, it will be colored gray, and the monitoring results for that country will not be shown in the graph.

    View result list

    You can see details in the availability graph summarized as a list. The following describes how to view the information.

    1. In the result list of monitoring results, click the results you want to check in detail.
      • You can use filters to filter monitoring results.
    2. If the monitoring results detail pop-up window appears, check the detailed results below.
      • Result list: date, time, and monitoring results of the monitoring result selected from the result list
      • Error logs: the corresponding information if the selected monitoring result is an error
        • Time: date and time the error is detected
        • Step name: the name of the step where the error is detected
        • Type: type of error
        • Logs: log information of the error
        • Waterfall: waterfall information of the error
          • If the monitoring result is ERROR, the [View] button is created, and you can click to view the waterfall information.
        • Image: image of the object where the error is detected
          • If the monitoring result is ERROR, the [View] button is created, and you can click to view the object image of the result.
      • Monitoring result details: response time and monitoring result for each step of the selected monitoring result
