Web Monitoring Results describes how to access the View Monitoring Results screen to view detailed Monitoring Results by web service, how to organize the screen, and how to view the results. To access the View Monitoring Results screen, click
> Services > Management & Governance > Web Service Monitoring System in order, and then click the dashboard name or .
Monitoring Results Screen
The Monitoring Results screen is structured as follows:

View Monitoring Results
Check Monitoring Results as follows.
- On the View Monitoring Results screen, use the Period Lookup filter to select the time period for which you want to view results.
- You can choose a time period of 6 hours, 12 hours, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year, or enter your own date and time.
- If you enter a date directly after selecting a time period, the selected time period is automatically calculated and applied to the date you enter.
- Example: If you click the [1D] button to select a time period and enter a start date of May 2, the end date will be calculated as May 3 and applied to the result.
- Check the graph in Service Availability and the list of results in Monitoring Results.
- Service Availability > View Analytics Graph
- Monitoring Results > Verify Results List
View Analytics Graphs
The analytics graph shows the average load time per time period for monitoring. In addition, when an error occurs, the point in time of the error is indicated by a red dot on the graph. Analytics graphs can be manipulated manually to see more detail. The additional features that assist with manual operations are as follows.
: Zoom in
- When this feature is enabled, hover over the desired component of the graph and drag to zoom in on that component.
- Blue indicates enabled; gray indicates disabled.
: Revert
- After zooming in on a graph, you can click the
button to return the graph to its pre-zoom state.
- Blue indicates enabled; gray indicates disabled.

- Measurement country name: Indicates the country where the measurement agent is located, with different colors for different countries.
- When you click on the desired country, it will be grayed out and you will not see any Monitoring Results for that country in the graph.
Check application list.
You can see the details of the availability graph organized in a list. To check the information, follow these steps:
- In the Monitoring Results list, click the item you want to view in detail.
- You can use filters to filter Monitoring Results.
- When the Monitoring Results detail popup appears, check the detailed results below.
- Results list: The date, time, and Monitoring Result of the selected Monitoring Result in the results list
- Error log: If the selected Monitoring Result contains an error, the corresponding information
- Time: Date and time the error was detected
- Step name: Name of the step where the error was detected
- Type: Type of error
- Log: Log information for the error
- Waterfall: Waterfall information for the error
- If the Monitoring Result is ERROR, a [View] button will appear, which you can click to check the waterfall information.
- Image: Image of the object where the error was detected
- If the Monitoring Result is ERROR, a [View] button will appear, which you can click to check the object image for that result.
- Details of Monitoring Results: Step-by-step response times and Monitoring Results of the selected Monitoring Result
