Data retention cycle
The monitoring results of the Web service Monitoring System vary in the retention cycle depending on the data type. The retention cycle according to the data type of monitoring results is as follows:

Usage fee
The Web service Monitoring System is a paid service, and fees are charged according to the type of service used. The service types and charging criteria for each type are as follows:
- Monitoring: charges based on monitoring type
- URL test: creates a virtual browser to periodically measure whether a website is operating normally
- Scenario test: periodically measures whether the scenarios for the website's features, such as Login and Write, operate normally
- Send SMS, webhook: if you receive information about errors detected while monitoring via SMS, Webhook, you will be charged based on the number of SMS, Webhook sent
