# Web service Monitoring System prerequisites

## Data retention cycle

For the monitoring result of Web service Monitoring System, the retention cycle varies depending on the data type. The retention cycles according to the data type of the monitoring result are as follows:

| RAW | 1 month |
| 5 minutes | 3 months |
| 30 minutes | 6 months |
| 2 hours | 1 year |
| 1 day | 3 years |

## Pricing information

Web service Monitoring System is a paid service and is charged depending on the service type you've used. The service type and the billing unit by service type are as follows:

- Monitoring: charged according to the monitoring type.
  - URL test: periodically measured if the website operates normally by creating a virtual browser.
  - Scenario test: periodically measured if a scenario for the website's features, such as login and writing, operates normally.
- Sending SMS and Webhook: when receiving information on errors detected during monitoring through SMS and Webhook, charged according to the number of SMS and Webhook messages.
