Sub Accounts provide a system-managed policy for setting management and operational permissions. Note Sub Account is a free service with no additional charges. For more information about Sub Account, see [**Services > Management & Governance > Sub Account**](https://www.ncloud.com/product/management/subAccount) menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform portal and the [Sub Account user guide](/docs/en/subaccount-overview). ## System-managed policies System-managed policies are pre-built, role-based policies that NAVER Cloud Platform provides for your convenience. When a system-managed policy is granted to a sub account created in Sub Account, the sub account can use the Web Service Monitoring System. A brief description of system-managed policies for the Web Service Monitoring System is as follows: | Policy name | Policy description | | --- | --- | | NCP_ADMINISTRATOR | Full access to all services, same as the main account | | NCP_INFRA_MANAGER | Access to all services, except **My Account** > **Billing and Cost Management** > **Billing and Payments** in the console | | NCP_FINANCE_MANAGER | Access only to Cost Explorer and **My Account** > **Billing and Cost Management** > **Billing and Payments** in the console | | NCP_WMS_MANAGER | Permission to use all features of the Web service Monitoring System. | | NCP_WMS_VIEWER | Permission that allows only viewing and querying the Web Service Monitoring System list. |
