Restrictions
As the WORKBOX online editing service provides a web-based Office editing function, you can work without interruption between devices. However, since the service is web-based, there are some limitations depending on the file size and the number of objects included in the file. The detailed standards are as follows:
When using Hangul, if the size of the file you are trying to read is over 50MB, you will be restricted from accessing the document.
When using Word, viewing of documents is restricted if the file size is over 50MB, or if it contains more than 4900 paragraphs or 997 entities.
When using a presentation, viewing of documents is restricted if the file size is over 200MB and it has over 300 slides.
When using the Hancell spreadsheet, if the standard is exceeded, a warning window appears, and the document cannot be accessed in the following cases:
Item Standards Maximum number of cells in a document 10,000,000 Maximum number of cells in a sheet 1,000,000 Maximum number of cells referenced under the condition of conditional formatting 100,000 Maximum number of cells referenced under the condition of data validation 100,000 Maximum number of cells in a table 500,000 When using a Hancell spreadsheet, a warning window appears if the standard is exceeded, and documents can be accessed only in the read-only mode as follows:
Item Standards Maximum number of recalculations 8000 Maximum number of formulas 20,000
