    Available in Classic and VPC

    You can view work logs from WORKBOX in Activity log under WORKBOX service preferences. The types of work logs include user log for tasks carried out by regular users, admin log for tasks carried out by admins, and access log for WORKBOX login records of admins and users.

    Caution

    Service preferences > Activity log is a menu that is only accessible by WORKBOX admins. It is not shown on the WORKBOX screen for regular users.


    User log

    How to view the user log is as follows.

    1. Click the Service preferences > Activity log menu at the left side of the screen.
    2. Click the [User log] tab menu.
    3. Check the required information.
    • Date: When the task took place
    • Account: Email address of the user account who requested the task
    • Name: Name of the user who requested the task
    • Request IP: IP address of the user who requested the task
    • Request environment: Access environment of the user who requested the task
    • Task: Type of the task carried out
    • Task target: Name of the folder (file) on which the task was carried out
    • Task result: Displays the result, which can be Succeeded, Failed, or System error, of the task carried out.
    • Details: Click the [View] button to view the name and location of the folder (file) on which the task was carried out
    1. If you would like to only view the logs you want, then set the account, name, task result, task target, and search period at the top of the screen and click the [Search] button.
    2. If you would like to save the search result in your local system, then click Download.
    Caution

    The list of latest logs is refreshed when you click the [Reset] button.


    Admin log

    How to view the admin log is as follows.

    1. Click the Service preferences > Activity log menu at the left side of the screen.
    2. Click the [Admin] tab menu.
    3. Check the required information.
    • Date: When the task took place
    • Account: Email address of the admin account who requested the task
    • Name: Name of the admin who requested the task
    • Request IP: IP address of the admin who requested the task
    • Task menu: The menu describing features the task was carried out
    • Task: Type of the task carried out
    • Task target: Name of the folder (file) on which the task was carried out
    • Task result: Displays the result, which can be Succeeded, Failed, or System error, of the task carried out.
    • Details: Click the [View] button to view detailed information of the task
    1. If you would like to only view the logs you want, then set the account, name, task, task result, and search period at the top of the screen and click the [Search] button.
    2. If you would like to save the search result in your local system, then click Download.

    Access log

    How to view the access log is as follows.

    1. Click the Service preferences > Activity log menu at the left side of the screen.
    2. Click the [Access log] tab menu.
    3. Check the required information.
    • Date: When the connection was made
    • Account: Email address of the admin (user) who attempted to log in
    • Name: Name of the admin (user) who attempted to log in
    • Request IP: IP address of the admin (user) who attempted to log in
    • Request environment: Connection environment of the admin (user) who attempted to log in
    • Task menu: The menu describing features the task was carried out
    • Task: Type of the task carried out
    • Task target: Name of the folder (file) on which the task was carried out
    • Task result: Displays the result, which can be Succeeded, Failed, or System error, of the task carried out.
    • Details: Click the [View] button to see the information on the admin (user) who attempted to log in, as well as the result of the attempt
    1. If you would like to only view the logs you want, then set the account, name, request IP, request environment, and details and click the [Search] button.
    2. If you would like to save the search result in your local system, then click Download.
