    In Additional services of WORKBOX, users can set whether to request subscription to additional features that enable them to utilize WORKBOX more efficiently.

    Caution

    Additional services is a menu that is only accessible by WORKBOX admins. It is not displayed on the WORKBOX page for general users.

    The WORKBOX additional services page is laid out as follows.

    Additional service details

    Caution
    • In addition to services supported by WORKBOX itself, certain services provide useful features by linking with useful third party apps.
    • In this case, separate consent for the provision of personal information to a third party is requested, and the additional service is provided only when the consent is given.
    • Also, WORKBOX only provides the service linkage feature. Any obligations and responsibilities related to the specific additional service's content and information rest with the provider of the service.

    Request service subscription

    The WORKBOX system admin can request Additional services, and the following describes how to request subscription.

    1. From the Additional services page, click the additional service card you want to request subscription to.
    2. Check the service introduction and pricing information from the details page of the specific additional service, and then click the [Request service subscription] button.
    3. Read and agree to Terms and Conditions.
    4. Click the [Request] button.
    Note
    • The usage method and pricing information differ for each service, so make sure to check them before requesting.
    • The fees for Additional services are added to the usage fee for WORKBOX, and charged as a deferred payment every month.
    • Immediately after the request, the access menu is displayed to users who can use the additional service.
      • Online editing: Upon service subscription request, the "Online editing" menu is displayed under the Preview file or View more menu for all members.
      • Electronic contract: Upon service subscription request, the [Additional services] > [Electronic contract] menu is displayed to members with permissions.

    Cancel service subscription

    The following describes how to cancel subscription of an additional service you're using.

    1. From the Additional services page, click the additional service card you want to cancel.
    2. Click the [Cancel service] button from the details page of the specific additional service.
    3. Check the cancellation information from the pop-up window.
    4. Click the [Cancel] button.
    Note
    • The service use become unavailable immediately after cancellation of the additional service. The outstanding service usage fees are billed next month.
    • For Electronic contract, contracts that have already been completed are automatically backed up and can be viewed. However, all remaining contracts in creation or in progress will be canceled and deleted immediately.
    • When you request subscription again after cancellation, all existing usage permissions are reset, and you will need to request them again.

    Manage permissions

    The WORKBOX system admin can add or delete management/usage permissions of specific additional services.
    They can view the list of permissions and the list of members who have been granted permissions. They can also grant or remove usage permissions for a specific additional service.

    For the admin who's been granted with the management permissions for the Electronic contract service, the [Manage usage] tab is displayed under the [Additional services] > [Electronic contract] menu, and they can view the subscription request and usage history, status of granted permissions, etc. for the Electronic contract service.
