Feature Limitations and Display Changes by SSO Settings

Setting the SSO changes the following features and displays.

In the Security menu of the Admin service, the Manage Password Policy menu does not appear.
The WORKPLACE login screen changes to the company's corporate information system login screen.

Setting the custom employee search changes the following features and displays.

When you search employees in WORKPLACE, the employee search window of the company's corporate information system appears.
You can't set to show employee search by item in the Settings > Basic Information Settings menu of the Member service.

Linking employees changes the following features and displays.

You can only view and can't edit information in My Information of WORKPLACE.
You can't use the status change (suspension) feature in the Member > Manage Account menu of the Member service.
You can't add employees in the Member > Manage Employees menu of the Member service.
You can only view and can't edit information in the Basic Information tab of Member > Manage Employees > Personnel Card of the Member service.
You can edit Personal Information, Family Information, Career Information, Language Information, Certificates, and Military Service Information in the Additional Information tab of Member > Manage Employees > Personnel Card of the Member service, but you can only view Other Information.
Among items in the Settings > Basic Information Settings menu of the Member service, Use Status of Job Title, Job Position, Reports To, Employee Number, Mobile Phone, Date of Birth, and Company Phone Number is fixed to Use and can't be edited.
You can't use the personnel appointment feature and can only view the list of personnel appointments in the Member > Personnel Appointment menu of the Member service.
You can't download and upload template files in Settings > Import Data of the Member service. However, you can upload retirees.

Linking employment type, job title, or job position changes the following features and displays.

Use Status of corresponding items in the Settings > Basic Information Settings menu of the Member service is fixed to Use and can't be edited. When clicking each item, subclassification on the right side can only be viewed. When using multiple languages, you can only view and can't use the multilingual input window for employment type/job title/job position. For employment type/job title/job position, the [Add], [Delete], [Change Up/Down Order], [Save], and [Cancel] buttons are not shown in the screen. If other basic information items (e.g., Reports To, employee number, etc.) are not linked, the [Save] button is shown.

Linking business places changes the following features and displays.

The Add button is not shown in the Business Place Information tab of the Company Information > Manage Business Place menu of the Admin service. Also, you can't check or delete detailed business place information.

Linking departments changes the following features and displays.

You can only view each item in the Organization > Manage Organization Chart menu of the Member service, and the organization can't be reorganized.
You can't change department head or appoint concurrent positions within the corporate group in the Member > Personnel Appointment menu of the Member service.
- The Change Department Head item is not displayed when selecting the personnel appointment item. In the appointment list, the [Cancel] button for changing department head is deactivated.
- The Corporate Group Concurrent Position item is not displayed when selecting the personnel appointment item. In the appointment list, the [Cancel] button for appointing corporate group concurrent positions is deactivated.

Linking employee numbers changes the following features and displays.

Among items in the Settings > Basic Information Settings menu of the Member service, Use Status of Employee Number is fixed to Use and can't be edited.
You can only view and can't edit each item in the Settings > Manage Employee Number menu of the Member service.

Linking additional information changes the following features and displays.

You can only view and can't edit each item in the Settings > Additional Information Settings menu of the Member service.
- If the custom employee search is linked, the Employee Search Exposure item is not shown.
- If the custom employee search is not linked and only additional information is linked, the Employee Search Exposure item is displayed as a selection box to select exposure.

Linking additional information changes the following features and displays.

You can only view and can't edit each item in the Settings > Additional Information Settings menu of the Member service.
