    You can reserve available resources or check My Reservation status.

    To use the Reservation menu, tap the workplace_mobile_menuicon > [Reservation] button from the WORKPLACE mobile app.

    Reserve Meeting Room

    You can reserve meeting rooms with the quick reservation or the general reservation method.

    1. Tap the workplace_mobile_menuicon > [Reservation] button from the WORKPLACE mobile app.
    2. Tap the Reservation Home menu.
    3. Tap the [Meeting Room] card.
    4. See Quick Reservation for quick reservations, and General Reservation for general reservations.

    Meeting Room Quick Reservation

    The following describes how to reserve a meeting room with quick reservation.

    1. Tap the [Quick Reservation] tab.
    2. Check the reservation date.
      • Today's date is displayed by default.
      • To make a reservation on another date, tap the calendar icon and select the date. You can't select a date earlier than today.
    3. Select the time required for the meeting (30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours).
    4. Available time slots are displayed according to the selected meeting time. Select the time slot you want to reserve.
      • Only time slots after the current time are displayed.
      • If the user's time zone is different from the time zone of the office, the reservation date and time are displayed based on the user's time zone.
    5. Select the meeting room.
      • You can tap the office name to select a meeting room, or if you have meeting rooms set as favorites, you can tap the favorites area to select it.
      • Among meeting rooms you have permissions for, only those that are available for the selected reservation date and time slot are displayed.
    6. Enter the reservation content.
    7. Select attendees by searching.
      • You can search by employee/department name to add them.
        • When using WORKPLACE as a corporate group, you can add corporate group employees as attendees.
        • The meeting room reservation notification email is sent to added attendees, and each attendee can set notifications in the [Reservation] area of the My Information > Set Notifications menu to get notifications.
    8. If necessary, enter the note.
    9. Select whether to register it on the calendar.
      • This is a field that is displayed when using in combination with NAVER WORKS or in integration with a calendar of an external solution (NAVER WORKS Calendar, Google Calendar).
      • If you select "Register," then calendars available for selection are displayed.
      • By default, it is registered in the default calendars of attendees and the booker.
      • If the booker wants to register it to their personal calendar in Google Calendar, they can select it after authenticating login on the PC version.
    10. Tap the [Reserve] button.
      • Quick reservation of the meeting room is completed. The meeting room reservation notification email is sent to the booker.

    Meeting Room General Reservation

    The following describes how to reserve a meeting room in the General Reservation tab.

    1. Check the reservation date.
      • Today's date is displayed by default.
      • To make a reservation on another date, tap the calendar icon and select the date.
    2. Set the reservation time.
      • Select All day for all-day reservations.
    3. Select whether you want to make multi-reservations. Select Do not select if you're not making multi-reservations.
      • With multi-reservations, you can reserve the meeting room for multiple time slots or for multiple dates at once.
      • Set the multi-reservation method.
        • Repeated reservation on same day of the week: The day of the week for the date selected in Step 1 is displayed by default, and a weekly reservation is made on that day of the week.
        • Repeated reservation on same day of the week every 2 weeks: The day of the week for the date selected in Step 1 is displayed by default, and the reservation is made on that day of the week every 2 weeks.
        • User Settings:
          • Repetition Unit: When Weekly is selected, select the repetition cycle and repeating day of the week, and when Custom is selected, select the desired dates on the calendar.
          • Repetition Cycle/Repeated Day of the Week: This field is displayed when the repetition unit is selected as Weekly. Select the repetition cycle and repeated day of the week.
        • Long-term reservation: Only all-day reservations are available.
    4. For multi-reservations, check the repetition end date, and edit it if necessary.
      • A one-month period from today's date is set by default, and you can set the desired date.
    5. Select the meeting room.
      • For multi-reservations, reservation dates between the reservation start and end dates are displayed. Tap the [Select Meeting Room] button. If it's not a multi-reservation, you can search by selecting Empty Meeting Rooms Only.
      • Tap the [Capacity] button to view meeting rooms by capacity.
      • If you have meeting rooms set as favorites, you can tap the favorites area to select it.
      • The number of empty meeting rooms is displayed for each office/location.
        • If the location isn't registered, it is displayed as [Default].
        • For multi-reservations, unavailable dates are grayed out and excluded from reservations.
    6. Check the selected meeting room, and then tap the [<] button at the top right of the mobile page to go to the Reservation page.
      • The selected meeting room is displayed in the Meeting Room field.
    7. Enter the reservation content.
    8. Select attendees by searching.
      • You can search by employee or department name to add them.

    Reserve Work Device

    The following describes how to reserve work devices such as laptops and digital devices.

    1. Tap the workplace_mobile_menuicon > [Reservation] button from the WORKPLACE mobile app.
    2. Tap the Reservation Home menu.
    3. Tap the [Laptop] card or the [Digital Device] card.
    4. Check the reservation date.
      • Today's date is displayed by default.
      • To make a reservation on another date, tap the calendar icon and select the date.
    5. Set the reservation time.
      • Select All day for all-day reservations.
    6. Select whether you want to make multi-reservations. Select Do not select if you're not making multi-reservations.
      • For multi-reservations, you can reserve it for multiple time slots or for multiple dates at once.
      • Set the multi-reservation method.
        • Repeated reservation on same day of the week: The day of the week for the date selected in Step 4 is displayed by default, and a weekly reservation is made on that day of the week.

    8. Select a work device.
      • For multi-reservations, reservation dates are displayed in the Select Work Device pop-up window. Tap the [Select Laptop] button.
      • If it's not a multi-reservation, you can search by selecting Display Available Only.
      • If you have laptops set as favorites, you can tap the favorites area to select it.
      • For multi-reservations, unavailable dates are grayed out and excluded from reservations.
    9. Check the selected meeting room, and then tap the [<] button at the top right of the mobile page to go to the Reservation page.
      • The selected meeting room is displayed in the Meeting Room field.
    10. Enter the reservation content.
    11. Tap the [Reserve] button.
      • The laptop reservation is completed. A reservation notification email is sent to the booker.

    Reserve Work Vehicle

    The following describes how to reserve a work vehicle.

    1. Tap the workplace_mobile_menuicon > [Reservation] button from the WORKPLACE mobile app.
    2. Tap the Reservation Home menu.
    3. Tap the [Work Vehicle] card.
    4. In the [Reservation Date and Time] tab, select the reservation date and time.
      • Reservation Date:
        • Today's date is displayed by default.
        • To make a reservation on another date, tap the calendar icon and select the date.
      • Reservation Time:
        • Select All day for all-day reservations.
    5. Select the vehicle in the [Select Vehicle] tab.
      • You can search by selecting Display Available Only.
      • You can tap the office name to see available vehicles by office.
    6. Tap the [Reserve] button.
      • The vehicle reservation is completed. A reservation notification email is sent to the booker.

    My Reservation

    In My Reservation menu, you can view your reservation status for today and beyond, as well as reservations for which you are an attendee, and cancel or edit your reservation based on your resources.

    View My Reservation

    The following describes how to view your reservations.

    1. Tap the workplace_mobile_menuicon > [Reservation] button from the WORKPLACE mobile app.
    2. Tap the My Reservation menu.
    3. Tap the [My Reservation] tab.
      • Your reservations by date are searched.
      • Reservations for today are marked with "[Today]."
      • Multi-reservations are marked as multi-reservations.
      • You can tap the reservation to view the reservation details.
        • You can tap the [New Reservation] button to go to the New Reservation page. (For meeting rooms, you're directed to General Reservation.)
        • You can Edit/Cancel Reservation or End Reservation when needed.

    View Reservation as Attendee

    You can view reservations for which you are an attendee, and attendees who have been granted permissions to the resource can edit or cancel reservations.

    1. Tap the workplace_mobile_menuicon > [Reservation] button from the WORKPLACE mobile app.
    2. Tap the My Reservation menu.
    3. Tap the [Reservation as Attendee] tab.
      • You can view the history of reservations for which you're set as an attendee by date.
      • Reservations for today are marked with "[Today]."
      • Multi-reservations are marked as multi-reservations.
      • You can tap the reservation to view the reservation details.
        • You can tap the [New Reservation] button to go to the New Reservation page. (For meeting rooms, you're directed to General Reservation.)
        • You can Edit/Cancel Reservation or End Reservation when needed.
    Note

    If the user doesn't have usage permissions for the resource, they can only view the reservation content in the [Reservation as Attendee] tab.

    Edit/Cancel Reservation

    You can edit or cancel reservations if their reservation start time hasn't arrived.

    The following describes how to edit or cancel the reservation.

    1. Tap the workplace_mobile_menuicon > [Reservation] button from the WORKPLACE mobile app.
    2. Tap the My Reservation menu.
    3. Tap the reservation you want to edit or cancel.
    4. Tap the [Edit Reservation] button to edit reservations, and tap the [Cancel Reservation] button to cancel reservations.
      • For more information on how to edit reservations, see Reserve Meeting Room, Reserve Work Device, and Reserve Vehicle.
      • Cancellation of a multi-reservation only cancels that day's reservation.
      • Attendees who have been granted permissions to the resource can edit or cancel the reservation.
    Note

    Long-term reservations can't be edited.

    End Reservation

    If the use of the resource has ended earlier than the reserved end time, you can return the remaining time by ending the reservation.

    The following describes how to end a reservation.

    1. Tap the workplace_mobile_menuicon > [Reservation] button from the WORKPLACE mobile app.
    2. Tap the My Reservation menu.
    3. Tap the reservation whose reservation time has started.
    4. Tap the [End Reservation] button.
      • Once the reservation is ended, the remaining time is switched to available time.
