Available in Classic and VPC
Accounting work is divided into administrative tasks and managerial tasks, thereby providing task-specific permissions by default. You can manage accounting functional authority and business place permissions in the Manage Permissions menu. Permission management is conducted in the order of creating an additional permission, granting a permission, and granting business place permissions.
Functional Authority
In the [Functional Authority] tab, you can check the list of permissions and the list of members who have been granted permissions. Furthermore, you can manage the permissions of each admin. You can create an additional permission according to the detailed authority, as well as grant or remove that permission.
For more details about permission management of the [Functional Authority] tab, refer to Manage Permissions.
The range of permissions for the Accounting menu is as follows.
- Accounting Admin: All accounting menus (including Manage Funds) are available.
- Accounting Manager: Access is limited to practice-related accounting menus such as Create and Manage Slips and Tax Management.
- Create Personal Slip: Create accounting slips and view the slips that you've created.
Permission to Create Personal Slips
The permission to create personal slips is provided by default in addition to the accounting admin and accounting manager permissions, allowing you to create accounting slips and view the slips that you've created. The permission to create personal slips grants permission to access the Manage Slips > Create/View Slips menus. Other menus of the Accounting service, including Dashboard, are not displayed. Also, you cannot delete a permission or modify a detailed authority. Create additional permissions if necessary. (Refer to Create Permissions)
You can grant the permission to general employees who need the permission to create accounting slips.
Business Place Permissions
In the [Business Place Permissions] tab, you can check the permissions by business place that have been granted to employees with the accounting admin permission. Furthermore, you can grant permissions by business place, or remove the permission of an employee who has been granted with the permission by business place.
The Business Place Permissions tab screen is laid out as follows.
