    In the Admin service, you can build an information management environment tailored to your company by changing the basic settings provided upon WORKPLACE sign-up.

    To use the Admin menu, click the [Service Menu] > [Admin] buttons at the top right corner of the PC web page, in that order.

    Note

    The Admin service is only displayed to the users with permissions.

    Admin Scenario

    The usage scenario for an Admin is as follows.

    Q. What is the reason for setting up the basic information for NAVER Cloud Platform WORKPLACE?

    • WORKPLACE is a system that generates, accumulates, and shares company information at the same time. Thus, it is necessary to set up the standard for each service based on subscribed services to decide how to store information and what information to be stored before storing the information.

    Q. What needs to be changed if we changed the company name?

    • Edit the item in each menu that contains the company name information.
    • Edit the company information and business place information in the Admin > Company Information menu, and then edit the company logo in the Website Theme menu. For more information, see Edit Company Information and Edit Business Place Information.
    • Edit the name of the top level organization on the organization chart in the Member Service > Organization > Manage Organization Chart menu. For more information about editing the organization chart, see Reorganization.
    • The company ID used as the WORKPLACE URL can't be changed directly. Please contact Support.

    Q. I want to set the company's anniversary, which repeats every year, as a company holiday.

    • See Add Company Holiday.
    • When using the Attendance service, holidays set in Manage Company Holidays are ignored. If the work arrangement is set in the Attendance Service > Work > Set Work Arrangement menu, then they are determined by the type of each weekday (holiday/day off/workday) in the work hour item.

    Q. Can I use two or more languages?

    • WORKPLACE offers multiple language settings. Five languages are supported, including Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified), and Chinese (Traditional). You can set multiple languages in the Company Information > Manage Company Information menu.
      • Users can select the language to be displayed on their page from among the languages set by the admin. However, the default language item must be entered.

    Q. How can I upgrade, add storage capacity, or change pricing plans for the WORKPLACE service?

    • If you want to upgrade, change capacity, or change pricing plans of the service, see Manage WORKPLACE.
      • Since only the NAVER Cloud Platform admin can access the console, please ask the admin (if you are not the admin).
