Available in Classic and VPC
Before using WORKPLACE, you can set and manage necessary settings such as company information, service-specific permissions, menus, business sites, and company holidays from the Admin home page.
To use, click Admin home on the left-side menu of the Admin service page.
The Admin home interface consists of the following:

① Content tab | Select the content to be displayed in the content area |
② Content area | Displays Admin service management items according to the selected content. Click on a card or log history to be redirected. |
Getting Started
When you connect to the Admin service for the first time, you'll be greeted with the Getting Started screen that will guide you through the setup process for using WORKPLACE. Each setting is displayed in the form of a closed card. Click once on a card to open the card showing its default configuration, and click on an item to be redirected.
To best use the Admin service, complete the setup process by following the card order on the Getting Started screen.
Field | Description |

① Company information | Redirects you to the Manage company information menu where you can view and edit company information and set up multi-language options for WORKPLACE. |
② Company logo and color | Redirects you to the Manage company logo and color menu where you can register a company logo to be displayed on WORKPLACE and specify a color theme. |
③ Permissions | Redirects you to the Managing permissions page where you can specify service-specific admin permissions. |
④ Basic company information | Redirects you to the Company information page where you can view and manage basic company information. |
⑤ Business site | Redirects you to the Business site page where you can add and manage business sites and site-specific certificates. |
⑥ Top-level Menu | Redirects you to the Top-level menu page where you can manage the top-level WORKPLACE menu. |
⑦ Company Holidays | Redirects you to the Company holidays page where you can add and manage company holidays. |
Timeline
Displays up 100 of the most recent usage logs recorded within the Admin service in the last month. Click the link for each item to be redirected to the relevant page.
