    In the Audit menu, company data of WORKPLACE and performed tasks by accessing WORKPLACE for personal information protection are recorded as logs and the history can be viewed. Admin accounts and user accounts (members, part-timers, business accounts) are included in log target accounts. Log target events are tasks related to processing personal information and granting management permissions and for more information, see the log event target table in each log menu. (Currently, Admin and Member service logs are provided and the service will be expanded in the future.)

    Note

    Up to the last six months of log searches are available.

    View Admin Log

    In the Audit > Admin menu, you can view permission management logs of WORKPLACE representative admins or admin accounts for each service and you can manage detailed logs.

    The Admin menu is laid out as follows.

  • The following describes how to view the admin log.

    1. In the WORKPLACE PC web page, click the [Service Menu] > [Admin] button.
    2. Click the Audit > Admin menu.
    3. If necessary, enter the conditions to search in the search window, and click the [Search] button.
      • You can view the log information that matches the entered conditions.

    View Member Log

    In the Audit > Member menu, you can view the performed task log of the member admin account or user account and manage detailed logs.

    The Member page is laid out as follows.

    The following describes how to view and download the member log.

    1. In the WORKPLACE PC web page, click the [Service Menu] > [Admin] button.
    2. Click the Audit > Member menu.
    3. If necessary, enter the conditions to search in the search window, and click the [Search] button.
      • You can view the log information that matches the entered conditions.

    Request Log Download

    The following describes how to request to download logs.

    1. In the WORKPLACE PC web page, click the [Service Menu] > [Admin] button.
    2. In the Audit sub-menu, click the service to download the log.
    3. If necessary, enter the conditions to search in the search window, and click the [Search] button.
      • You can view the log information that matches the entered conditions.
    4. Click the [Download] button.
      • Document Open Password (Verify): Enter the password required to view the downloaded data.
      • Reason for Download: Enter the reason for the download. You can view the entered reason in the download history.
      • Click the [Request] button.
        • You can check the download history in the Download Log menu.

    Download Log

    In the Download Log menu, you can view the download history and download files.

    The Download Log page is laid out as follows.

  • Unavailable to download if the expiration date has passed
  • ⑤ Expiration Date and TimeThe download expiration date and time of the requested log data, not available to download after the expiration date
    Note

    The downloaded file is saved as "YYYYMMDDhhmmss_sca.xlsx" in the Download folder.
