    You can manage budget feature permissions and business place permissions in the Manage Permissions menu. Permission management is conducted in the order of creating additional permissions, granting permissions, and granting business place permissions.

    Feature Permissions

    In the [Feature Permissions] tab, you can check the list of permissions and the list of members who have been granted permissions. Furthermore, you can create additional permissions according to the detailed permissions to manage permissions by admin, as well as grant or remove these permissions.

    The range of permissions for the Budget menu is as follows.

    • Budget Admin: allowed to use all budget menus

    Business Place Permissions

    In the [Business Place Permissions] tab, you can check the permissions by business place that have been granted to employees with the Budget admin permissions. Furthermore, you can grant permissions by business place, or remove the permission of an employee who has been granted with permissions by business place.

    The Business Place Permissions tab page is laid out as follows.

    Grant permissionsDisplays the name of the employee with permissions, their department name, and the budget permissions that have been granted.
    Business placeDisplays the business place for which the employee with the business place permissions has been granted permissions
  • Grants/removes applicable business place permissions by selecting/deselecting the checkbox
  • Grant Business Place Permissions

    The following describes how to grant business place permissions.

    1. In the WORKPLACE PC web page, click the [Service Menu] > [Budget] button.
    2. Click the Manage Permissions menu.
    3. Click the [Business Place Permissions] tab.
    4. Click the employee who will be granted with the business place permissions.
      • The list of business places available for permission settings is displayed.
      • An employee who is granted with the business place permissions can plan the budget of the business place.
    5. From the list of business places, select the checkbox of the business place for granting permission.
    6. Click the [Save] button.
      • The permissions of the applicable business places are granted.

    Remove Business Place Permissions

    The following describes how to remove business place permissions.

    1. In the WORKPLACE PC web page, click the [Service Menu] > [Budget] button.
    2. Click the Manage Permissions menu.
    3. Click the [Business Place Permissions] tab.
    4. Click the employee from whom the business place permissions will be removed.
      • The list of business places available for permission settings is displayed.
    5. From the list of business places, clear the checkbox of the business place to remove permissions.
    6. Click the [Save] button.
      • The permissions of the applicable business places are removed.
