In the expense application status menu, you can check the status of an expenditure application created in the form of an expenditure resolution report. You can also search and view the expenditure application status by condition, and download the expenditure application list as an Excel file.
The settlement request status screen is laid out as follows:
Field | Description |

① Search bar | Search the expenditure application status by status, budget name, period, created by, expenditure item, vendor, invoice type, document no., and document title. |
② Download | It downloads the expenditure application history as an Excel file. (See Downloading expenditure application status List.) |
③ Expenditure application status list | Check the applied expenditure list. You can check the expenditure resolution report details by clicking the document no. |
④ Number of items to display | It sets the number of expenditure application documents to be displayed on a single page of the list. |
Note
The Budget department item and Budget name item are displayed only when the Expenditure Budget is enabled in the Settings menu.
Downloading expenditure application status list
The following shows how to download the budget status list.
- In the WORKPLACE PC web screen, click the [All services] > [Expenditure] buttons.
- Click the Expenditure application status menu.
- If necessary, define search conditions for expenditure application status to be searched in the search bar before clicking [Search] button.
- You can view the expenditure application status that matches the conditions you entered.
- Click the [Download] button.
- The expenditure application status list will be downloaded as an Excel file.
Note
The downloaded files are in the Downloads
folder with the ReportApplyList.xlsx
filename.
