Available in Classic and VPC
You can check all bulletin boards and list of posts in the All Posts menu. You can search posts registered on each bulletin board by search criteria, with the latest or most viewed shown first. You can view registered posts, create new posts, or comment on posts.
All Posts page is laid out as follows.

Create Post
You can select a bulletin board from the All Posts menu to create a post, or register a created post as Must-read or Notice.
The following describes how to create a post.
- In the WORKPLACE PC webpage, click the [Service Menu] > [Manage Post] button.
- Click the All Posts menu.
- In the bulletin board list, select the bulletin board to create a post in.
- You can't create a new post in All Bulletin Boards or Must-read Bulletin Board menus.
- Click the [Create Post] button.
- Create a post.
- Select the category and bulletin board to register the post.
- To register a post as must-read post, select Must-read.
- To register a post as a notice that is displayed at the top of the bulletin board, select Top Notice.
- To post only for a specific period, select Posting Period and set the period to be posted.
- The post period can be set up to one year from today's date.
- Enter the title.
- To attach files, click the [Attachment] button or drag the file using your mouse. Drop it in the attachment area.
- To register a thumbnail image, click the [Attach Image] button to attach an image file.
- Use the editor window to type the content of the post.
- Select whether to allow comments or notifications.
- Click the [Save] button.
- To cancel creating a post, click the [Cancel] button.
- To save the post temporarily while writing, click the [Save Temporarily] button. Saved drafts can be checked by clicking the [Save Temporarily] button on top right corner of the Create Post page.
- To see how the post will be displayed on PC or mobile page, click the [Preview] button.
Posts set as Must-read or Notice are displayed differently depending on Posting Period.
- Must-read: a post set as Must-read by the admin
- It is displayed as a must-read post during the set posting period. It can be checked in Bulletin Board > Must-read Bulletin Board.
- Posts in Must-read Bulletin Board can be searched, even after the posting period has passed.
- Notice: a post set as Top Notice by the admin
- It is pinned at the top of the post list for display during the specified posting period.
- After the set posting period has passed, the Notice indicator disappears and the post is displayed as a general post.
- If posting period is not set, then it is pinned at the top permanently.
View and Manage Post
Click the post you wish to view from the post list to enter the Post Details page. In this page, you can check the content of the post. You can also edit or delete the post created by you or others.
The Post Details page is laid out as follows.

② Creator Name/Creation Date | Name of the creator and last modification date of the post |
③ Number of Views | It displays the number of post views For a bulletin board whose Read Employee Display Status is set to Use, you can click it to check the employees who read the post |
④ Content | Body content of the post |
⑤ Recommendation | It displays the number of users who recommended the post (only displayed for bulletin boards with the recommendation function enabled) |
⑥ Vote | Display the number of agree/disagree (only displayed for bulletin boards with the voting feature enabled) |
⑦ Copy URL | Click to copy the URL of the post |
⑧ Save | |
⑨ Edit | Click to edit post |
⑩ Delete | Click to delete post |
⑪ Comment | View the comments registered or add, edit, delete comments (Only displayed for bulletin boards with the comment function enabled) |
⑫ Print | Click to print or save the post as a PDF file |

Edit Post
The following describes how to edit a post.
- In the WORKPLACE PC webpage, click the [Service Menu] > [Manage Post] button.
- Click the All Posts menu.
- In the bulletin board list, select the bulletin board in which the post to edit is registered.
- Click the post to edit from the post list.
- Click the [Edit] button.
- Make the necessary changes, and then click the [Save] button.
- The edited content is reflected.
Delete Post
The following describes how to delete a post.
- In the WORKPLACE PC webpage, click the [Service Menu] > [Manage Post] button.
- Click the All Posts menu.
- In the bulletin board list, select the bulletin board in which the post to delete is registered.
- Click the post to delete from the post list.
- Click the [Delete] button.
- From the delete pop-up window, click the [OK] button.
- The selected post is deleted.
