    Post Home

    The Post Home page consists of the following.

    View Bulletin Board

    You can view each bulletin board created by the Post admin. You can collectively view all the posts you have the permission to view in the All Bulletin Boards menu. You can collectively view the posts that the admin has set as must-read posts in the Must-read Bulletin Boards menu. All bulletin boards and posts are displayed only if you have the corresponding viewing permissions.

    To view a bulletin board, click the [Post] icon at the top right corner of the page, and then click on the bulletin board to view.

    The Post page is laid out as follows.

  • After setting to turn on notifications, enable "New post registered on bulletin board for which notification is set" in the My Information > Set Notifications > [Post] tab to receive notifications for new posts

  • Bulletin Board Type: bulletin board that lists posts by their title
  • Album Type: bulletin board that lists posts in an album form with highlighted post thumbnails
  • Card Type: bulletin board that lists posts in card form containing post's thumbnails, title, and content
  • Memo Type: bulletin board that only permits plain text without photo or file attachments
  • Must-read or top notice posts set by the admin are displayed with applicable labels
  • Posts created within the last 24 hours are marked by a red dot
  • ⑥ Bulletin boards created by the companyWhen there are bulletin boards created by the company, the Category Name > Bulletin Board Name menu is shown (E.g., Community > Free Board)

    View Post Content

    You can check the contents of the post by clicking on it. The post page layout can be set when adding the bulletin board, and the posts created on that bulletin board are displayed according to the set page layout. For more details on post page layout, see Manage Bulletin Board.

    Each post consists of the following.

    ① Title and bodyIt displays post's title, creator, view counts (all employees can view readers of the post by clicking the view count of the bulletin board that is set to allow the admin to view readers), attachments, and body
    Click Recommend, Agree, and Disagree to respond to the post. You can copy the post's URL, or save the post
    If there are attachments, they are displayed in the top right corner, click workplace-pc-post2_board_post_ko to preview images
    Edit / DeleteClick to edit or delete the post if the post was created by you
    ③ Comment areaIt displays the comment input field and registered comments
  • Attach Photo: Attach photo to comments
  • Register: Register the entered comment
  • Add Subcomments: Enter subcomments to other comments
  • The comments can be deleted by the Post admin. When they are deleted, a notification email is sent to the comment creator
  • Subcomments remain, even after the comments are deleted
  • PrintPrint the current post
    ⑤ Move buttonsClick each buttons to return to the list, or go to previous or next post

    Create Post

    You can create a post and upload it to the bulletin board. For Memo Type bulletin boards, you can register memos directly from the bulletin board page instead of creating a post.

    The items that can be added to the post is determined by the settings configured when adding the bulletin board. For more information, see Manage Bulletin Board.

    The following describes how to create a post on a Board Type, Album Type, or Card Type bulletin board.

    1. Click the [Post] icon at the top right corner of the WORKPLACE PC web page.
    2. Click the bulletin board to create a post in.
    3. Click the [Create Post] button.
    4. Enter the information you wish to include in the Create Post page, and then click the [Save] button.
      • Category / Bulletin Board: Select the category and bulletin board to display the post in. These values can't be changed once post is registered.
      • Register Reservation: Select whether or not to reserve the post registration. To reserve post registration, click the Activate button to activate the function, and enter the date and time to be posted.
        • The post date can be reserved for up to one year from today's date.
      • Title: Enter a title for your post.
      • Attachment: You can attach related files.
      • Thumbnail Image: You can add thumbnail images for Card Type and Album Type bulletin boards. You can only attach 1 image for the thumbnail.
      • Content: Enter the body for your post.
      • Allow Comments / Comment Notifications: Set whether or not to allow comments and receive comment notifications.
      • To save the post temporarily, click the [Save Temporarily] button.
        • Temporarily saved posts can be continued by clicking the [Save Temporarily] button when creating the post and then selecting the post.
        • Once a post is deleted from the temporarily saved list, it can't be restored.
      • To preview the uploaded post, click the [Preview] button.

    All Bulletin Boards and Must-read Bulletin Boards

    Under All Bulletin Boards, you can view all the posts you have the permission to view in a single page. Under Must-read Bulletin Boards, you can view the posts that the admin has set as must-read posts in a single page. You can view and comment on posts displayed in the list as you would on a normal bulletin board.

    The All Bulletin Boards and Must-read Bulletin Boards pages are laid out as follows.

    My Posts

    You can check your posts, comments, and saved posts.

    The My Posts page is laid out as follows.

    • [My Posts] tab
      • You can view, edit, and delete posts you created by clicking on them. Posts that are reserved are marked Reserved label
      • The posts with comments registered are indicated with the number of comments after their titles
      • If your permission to create posts has been removed, you can only view your posts
    • [My Comments] tab
      • It displays comments you created
    • [My Saved Posts] tab
      • It displays the posts you saved
      • If the viewing permissions for the saved post has been removed, then the detailed view becomes unavailable
