    Available in Classic/VPC.

    In the Service Connector Service menu, you can check usage information for each service and request subscription. Also, if you're using Service Connector Service, you can manage the use status or cancel the service. For a Service Connector Service that provides multiple products, you can change the product in use. You can grant management permissions and check the pricing information.

    To go to the usage management page for each Service Connector Service, click a service card from Service Connector Service Home, or click the service from the Service Connector > Service Connector Service menu.

    Proceed according to the following displayed buttons.

    • [Request Service Subscription]: It is displayed before service subscription. Click to request the applicable Service Connector Service. (See Request Service Subscription.)
    • [Explore Service]: Click to go to the website of the Service Connector Service.
    • [Manage Service]: It is displayed when using services. Click to check the service usage history and fees.
    • [Contact Us]: Click to connect to the customer inquiry channel of each Service Connector Service.

    Usage Information

    In the Usage Information tab, you can check the introduction of the Service Connector Service you can request, pricing information, and precautions for use.

    The Usage Information page is laid out as follows.

    Use Status

    In the Use Status menu, you can check usage permissions and management permissions of Service Connector Service. Also, you can change the requested product depending on the Service Connector Service, cancel the service if needed.

    The content for the Use Status page is displayed after requesting service subscription, and it is configured as follows.

    ① Grant permissions
  • The number of usage permissions is displayed.
    - [Grant Usage Permission]: Click the button to grant a usage permission to a member. (Usage permissions for the ubob service are automatically granted to all members.)
  • It displays management permissions (WORKPLACE representative admin). The admin permissions to manage the service use is automatically granted to the admin who requested Service Connector Service.
  • ② Service Request HistoryDisplayed when using services
  • It displays the Service Connector Service request status. Click the [Information on Subscription Cancellation] button to cancel. (See Unsubscribe.)
  • Request Date and Time: It displays the Service Connector Service request date and time.
  • Requested Product: It displays the requested product. For services with products, click the [Change Requested Product] button to change the product. (See Change Product)
    Before service subscription, the [Request Service Subscription] button is displayed. Click to request the applicable Service Connector Service. (See Request Service Subscription.)
  • Request Service Subscription

    The representative admin of WORKPLACE can request subscription to Service Connector Services.

    The following describes how to request subscription to Service Connector Service.

    1. In the WORKPLACE PC web page, click the [Service Menu] > [Service Connector] button.
    2. From the Service Connector Service Home page, click the [Request Service Subscription] button of the Service Connector Service to request.
      • If you want to check the service introduction and pricing information before requesting subscription, check the content of the [Usage Information] tab under the Manage Use page the service, and click the [Request Service Subscription] button.
    3. In the [Usage Information] tab, check the usage information.
    4. Click the [Request Service Subscription] button at the top of the page.
      • For the ubob service, select the product to use in the subscription request pop-up. For changes to be made to the ubob product in use, see Change Product.
    5. Read and agree to Terms and Conditions.
    6. Click the [Request] button.
    Note
    • If the representative admin request subscription to Service Connector Service, then the usage permissions for the ubob service are automatically granted to all members.
    • For the members who have the usage permissions of Service Connector Service granted, the Service Connector Service button is displayed in the Service menuat the top of Home. It can be used immediately without an additional login.
    • For the ubob service, if the login ID of the user changes, all existing course history including courses in progress is reset.

    Change Product

    For the ubob service, which enables the change of its products, the following describes how to change the product.

    1. In the WORKPLACE PC web page, click the [Service Menu] > [Service Connector] button.
    2. Click the Service Connector > ubob menu.
    3. Click the [Use Status] tab.
    4. Click the [Change Requested Product] button.
    5. From the pop-up window, check the product change instructions and fees for the product you want to change to.
    6. Select the product you want to change to, and click the [OK] button.
    Note
    • The change of ubob product is available only once a month, and it can't be changed on the day of the initial subscription request.
    • When you change the product in use, the fees are prorated and charged.
    • If there are courses members are taking, change the requested product after their completion.
    • If you change the product in use, then the courses in progress are suspended, and even the same courses start from the beginning, in the same way as new courses.

    Unsubscribe

    The following describes how to Unsubscribe of Service Connector Service.

    1. In the WORKPLACE PC web page, click the [Service Menu] > [Service Connector] button.
    2. From the Service Connector menu, click the service menu to cancel.
    3. Click the [Use Status] tab.
    4. Click the [Information on Cancelling Subscription] button.
    5. Check the product cancellation information from the pop-up.
    6. Click the [Cancel] button.
    Note

    The service use is disabled immediately upon cancelling the Service Connector Service, and all data will be permanently deleted 30 days after the cancellation. The remaining service usage fees will be billed next month.

    Manage Permissions

    The representative admin of WORKPLACE can add or delete management permissions of Service Connector Service.

    You can check the list of permissions and the list of members who have been granted permissions. In addition, you can manage the permissions of each admin. You can add permissions according to permission details, as well as grant or remove permissions.

    The [Service Menu] > [Service Connector] button is displayed for admins granted with management permissions of Service Connector Service, which they can click to access the management page of the Service Connector Service.
