    • User:
      • When using the SMARTWORK service, the NAVER WORKS menus can be set as favorites in WORKPLACE
      • If clock-in/outs are not checked within the settlement period, an icon is displayed in the clock-in/out widget
      • Addition of mobile phone authentication and connection feature to use easy login (See My Information > Manage Access)
      • Improvement of the Request Absence Schedule page (See Create Absence Schedule Request Form)
    • [Member]:
      • In the personnel appointment history, the part where the leave period was displayed as [Leave start date to scheduled reinstatement date] is now displayed as [Leave start date to scheduled reinstatement date - 1 day]
      • Document open password can be set for downloading the member information
      • Provision of workplace, task in charge, and SNS/contacts fields for setting additional member information (See Set Additional Information)

      • Year-end tax settlement for 2022: addition of the year-end tax settlement feature reflecting tax law revisions in 2023
    • Console:
      • Addition of a feature to allow multilingual input for the top-level group name of the corporate group
    • Admin:
      • Addition of the two-factor authentication feature: changed the existing method of entering the login ID and password when editing information in the page, such as My Information and Manage Payroll, to the method of authenticating via an email or mobile phone number, set to allow access after two-factor authentication when accessing the Manage Service menu (See Manage Two-factor Authentication)
      • Addition of a feature to restrict mobile (WORKPLACE app, NAVER WORKS PC/mobile app) access IPs (See Set App Access IP)
    • Budget (New):
      • Release of a new service capable of integrated management of company's budget (ability to view and use budgets from the Expense, Expenditure, and Accounting services, and to manage budgets by project code through integration with project codes (See Budget Service Overview)
    • Accounting:
      • Addition of a new page for daily and monthly reports on funds (See Daily/Monthly Report on Funds)
      • Addition of features to view and use budget when creating slips (slip creation, fixed asset increase, creation and viewing of purchase data, etc.)
    • Expense:
      • Removal of budget-related menus as budget management features within existing Expense service are moved to Budget service
      • Expanded the number of usage history items for expense settlement (expanded from 30 records to up to 100 records)

      • Improved the Sales Group page to 3 tab menus to allow designation of employees by sales group, designation of groups by sales employee, and search of all sales groups

      • Change of font: changed to Pretendard font, which improves unity and readability regardless of OS in PC and mobile environments
      • Expansion of certificate registration/management feature: The certificate registration/management feature, which was previously only available for Windows, is now available for macOS
      • NAVER WORKS ManagerBot launched: ManagerBot, which allows you to check some menus in My Board > Management in the NAVER WORKS message room, has been launched; (With May release) If you have access permissions to the Department Absence Status and Department Expense Status menus, you can easily and quickly check them in ManagerBot (See ManagerBot)
      • Provision of status information set in NAVER WORKS in the Search Member and Home > Organization Chart widgets
      • Provision of a feature to set the open location of the Home widget edit page
      • Added a shortcut area on mobile, where the Shortcut menu set in Admin > Manage Top Menu is available
    • Member:
      • Improved to enable management of employee leave status even for companies that don't use appointment (See Add Employee)
      • Permanent deletion of employees: provision of a feature to permanently delete retirees, business accounts, and part-time employees if appointment is not used
      • Employee information masking feature: provision of the option to set the masking status when setting basic information; when masking is set, information is masked in the Search Member result page (See Set Basic Information)
      • Added business place field to part-time employee information (See Manage Part-timer)
    • Approval:
      • Added a feature to set bulk sharing permissions for documents (See Manage Document Permissions)
      • Added a feature to set the approval line as a department (See Add Approval Line)
      • Added a document preview feature for expenditure reports
      • Added a feature to change the person in charge while receipt is pending if the recipient is a department (See Inbox)
      • Added a feature to complete receipts: Added a [Complete] button to enable completion in the inbox later, even if it's not completed immediately upon receipt
      • Improved to also save the set recipients saving documents temporarily
    • Post:
      • Added a feature to preview bulletin board images: improved to allow preview of images without downloading when images are attached upon post creation
    • Attendance:
      • Provision of the annual leave promotion feature for employees with less than a year of service: provides the annual leave promotion feature for employees whose service period is less than a year (See Manage Annual Leave Promotion Target)
      • Improved the annual promotion notification period: The notification urge period (delivery of urge emails) has been set to 10 days, improving the timeframe for urge recipients to submit a usage plan within 10 days of receiving the email
    • Payroll:
      • Display the total remuneration for previous year separately for the first and second half when reporting loss of employment insurance
    • Reservation:
      • Improved to apply Reservation admin permissions by default when registering resources
      • Added prioritization field for offices and resources
      • Provision of reservation API: provide the API for creating, editing, and canceling reservations, as well as forwarding reservation information
    • Admin:
      • Added a feature to view audit logs: provides a new menu to view change logs related to authorization or employee information (See Audit)
      • Improved UI for managing shortcut menus that appear in Top Menu; added a feature to specify how links open (new window, new tab, current window) for user menus (Mail, Approval, etc.), which are provided as icons, according to the company settings; added a feature to add a fixed link menu (See Manage Top Menu)
    • Expense:
      • If an expense plan is referred to when creating an expense settlement form, you can report it for approval using the default or violated approval line if the amount in the statement form exceeds the amount in the expense plan (See Set Expense)
    • Expenditure:
      • Provision of a feature to consent after editing for expenditure reports
    • Accounting:

      • Improved UI that specifies the using department when planning budget
      • Improved the automatic allocation feature when allocating budget (See Plan Budget)

      • WorkTalk: WorkTalk enables hours to be entered when requesting leaves in hourly increments by selecting the "Absence Schedule Sharing Settings" option in the Attendance > Set Attendance menu
      • ManagerBot: addition of the View Work Status feature to check members' clock-in status for today
    • Member:
      • Addition of the payroll account item to the employee information when registering part-timer employees (See Invite Part-time Employee)
    • Approval:
      • Improved the Search Employee/Department component to search for all employees/departments across the corporate group
      • Improved UI when selecting multiple forms in the search area of the approval document box
      • Display internal attendees in a pop-up window when reporting an expense settlement request form for approval when the Attendee Viewable has been set to use in Expense > Set Expense
      • Addition of a feature to share by selecting a group company when sharing the entire approval document
      • Addition of a preview feature when creating approval documents (forms created by company, payroll statement request form)
      • When editing a form, the location of the description area input at the bottom of the form is changed to the Basic Settings tab

      • Addition of a prompt to double-check when navigating to another page while creating a post
    • Reservation:
      • Ability to add attendees when multi-reserving a resource (space)
      • Addition of a feature to enter reservation notes when registering a resource (See Register Resource)

      • introduction of a feature to manage annual leave methods by member; annual leave standards can be set differently by annual leave group, and targets can be assigned to annual leave groups (See Manage Annual Leave Target and Manage Annual Leave Method)
      • Improved the Attendance > Settings > Import Data menu to view a list of annual leaves used this year or uploaded absence history used in the past

      • Provision of a page to view the last five years of annual salary trends based on annual salary information from the payroll master (See Annual Salary and Payroll Status)

      • Provision of settlement status report by project code; view the status of expense settlement by project and detailed expense item when settling expenses using project codes (See Settlement Status by Project Code)

      • New provision of order form approval forms; In the Sales Service > Settings menu, you can set order forms to be approved upon creation, in which case they are handled through the approval process (See Create Order Form)

      • When creating a withdrawal slip, you can revers the withdrawal amount with an advance that has been paid in advance (See Confirm Withdrawal History)
    • Budget:
      • Provision of a feature to set usage status of each service item in the budget standard; When set to Not use, that service item can't be used when planning and allocating budgets, and won't be displayed in expense settlement requests, expenditure resolution reports, accounting slips, etc. (See Budget Standard)
    • Console:
      • Addition of a feature for a subsidiary to directly unsubscribe from WORKPLACE when using as a corporate group

      • When retiring or deleting an employee set to be hidden from Search Member, the hidden status is maintained

      • Improved View Clock-in/out Status (addition of items that indicate the member's work schedule and excess/deficit hours compared to the work schedule)
      • Display of future work schedule in Management > Department Work Status and Work Status by Workplace
      • Improved WorkTalk clock-in/out check display (improved the part where it used to be checked as "PC" when clocking in/out via WorkTalk)
    • Payroll:
      • Reflected payroll change calculation formulas (Provision of a feature that allows you to reduce or increase the amount of a certain pay item for a specific period of time, such as probation, unpaid leave, etc.)
      • Provision of the part-timer payroll bank transfer feature
    • Expense:
      • Ability to set expense settlement available period and budget when creating expense plans
      • Provision of a total amount display by expense item in expense plans and settlements
      • Provision of corporate credit card company website links for accurate corporate credit card registrations
    • Sales:
      • Additional provision of item group information on top of items (additional display of "item groups" in addition to items in lists and pages in "Manage Orders and Manage Sales")
