The following cloud environments are supported by NAVER Cloud Platform for using WORKPLACE.

Usage Environment Requirements
The recommended specifications required to use WORKPLACE are as follows.

Service
You can use WORKPLACE free for 30 days upon requesting subscription. After the trial period, the fees are charged based on the selected service.
You can select to pay the fee on a monthly or yearly basis. If you select the annual pricing plan or use SMARTWORK, which combines WORKPLACE and NAVER WORKS, then you can use the services at a discounted price.

Note
HR services and Finance services only offer monthly pricing plans, and a 30-day free trial period is provided upon new subscription.

WORKPLACE provides varying features, depending on the subscribed service type. The following are the available features for each service type.

- Existing NAVER WORKS customers use it in combination with WORKPLACE. If you wish to use features like mail, messenger, drive, etc. by bundling NAVER WORKS and WORKPLACE, then click the [View More] button on the NAVER Cloud for SMARTWORK banner at the bottom of the page for requesting WORKPLACE services to open the Bundle Subscription Page.
- If you bundle NAVER WORKS and WORKPLACE, then a discounted price will be applied.
- The range of services provided changes according to the NAVER WORKS and WORKPLACE service types.
- Customers who don't use NAVER WORKS can request bundling of NAVER WORKS and WORKPLACE on NAVER Cloud for SMARTWORK.
