It is available in a Classic/VPC environment.
You can add, modify, or delete bulletin boards in the Manage Bulletin Board menu. You can also search bulletin boards by category and check their information.
The Manage Bulletin Board page is laid out as follows.

Add Bulletin Board
You can add bulletin boards for different purposes and check and manage posts.
The following describes how to add a bulletin board.
In the WORKPLACE PC webpage, click the [Service Menu] > [Manage Post] button.
Click the Manage Post menu.
Click the [Add Bulletin Board] button.
Select the category to add the bulletin board to.
- To add a new category, refer to Add Category.
Enter a name for the bulletin board.
Set additional information if necessary.
- Bulletin Board Description: Enter the description for the bulletin board.
- Bulletin Board Type: Select a bulletin board type.
- General: You can choose from Basic, Album Type, Board Type, Link Type, and Memo Type bulletin boards.
- Link: This is a bulletin board that redirects user to a link set by the admin. Select when using an external bulletin board.
- Bulletin Board Form (Only displayed when "General" or "Items Specified by Admin" is selected as Bulletin Board Form): Select the type for displaying posts.
- Album Type: a bulletin board that lists posts in an album form with emphasized post thumbnails
- Board Type: a bulletin board that lists posts by their title
- Card Type: a bulletin board that lists posts in a card form containing post's thumbnails, title and content
- Memo Type: a bulletin board for writing short text
- Link URL (Only when bulletin board type is set to Link): Enter the URL of the external bulletin board to redirect users to when selected.
- Reservation Function(Only displayed when General or Items Specified by Admin is selected as Bulletin Board Form): Select whether to use the post reservation function.
- Comment(Only displayed when General or Items Specified by Admin is selected as Bulletin Board Form): Select whether to enable comments function.
- Agree/Disagree(Only displayed when General or Items Specified by Admin is selected as Bulletin Board Form): Select whether to enable Agree/Disagree function.
- Recommendation(Only displayed when General or Items Specified by Admin is selected as Bulletin Board Form): Select whether to use recommendation function.
- Read Employee Display Status: Set whether to enable confirmation of employees who read the post.
- When "Use" is selected, employees with the viewing permission of the bulletin board can click the number of views icon in the post details page to check the employees who read the post.
- When "Not used" is selected, only the post creator and Post admin can check the employees who read the post.
- Manage Permissions: Select members to grant post view, create, and comment permissions.
- Permissions can be granted to employees, departments, and permission groups.
- Select the employee, department, or permission group to be granted permissions, and then click the [OK] button.
- When granting permissions to a permission group, click the [Manage Permission Group] button to grant permissions by selecting a displayed permission group or by creating a new permission group. For more information, refer to Manage Permission Group (Add Permission Group)
- Added permission groups can also be used from other services.
- Usage Status: Set whether to use the bulletin board.
Click the [Save] button.
Modify Bulletin Board
- In the WORKPLACE PC webpage, click the [Service Menu] > [Manage Post] button.
- Click the Manage Post menu.
- In the bulletin board list, click of the bulletin board to modify.
- Modify the bulletin board information, and then click the [Save] button.
- You can't change the type of the bulletin board.
- You can add a bulletin board with identical settings as the selected bulletin board by clicking the [Save] button.
Delete Bulletin Board
- In the WORKPLACE PC webpage, click the [Service Menu] > [Manage Post] button.
- Click the Manage Post menu.
- In the bulletin board list, click of the bulletin board to delete.
- Check the details in the pop-up window, and then click the [Delete] button.
- The selected bulletin board will be deleted.
