    Article Summary

    In Manage Sales Plan menu, you can establish a sales plan by salesperson/vendor/item on a monthly basis and check the sales performance compared to the sales plan.

    Register Sales Plan

    In the Register Sales Plan, based on the sales management standards of the company, you can register and manage sales plans by salesperson (by sales group), vendor, and item. In addition, you can search and view the registered sales plan by condition, as well as download the sales plan list as an Excel file.

    The Register Sales Plan screen is laid out as follows.

    Add Sales Plan

    The following describes how to add a sales plan.

    1. In the WORKPLACE PC Web screen, click the [All Services] > [Sales] button, in that order.
    2. Click the Manage Sales Plan > Register Sales Plan menus, in that order.
    3. Select a business place in the Search Window, and then click the [Add] button.
      • An empty item is added to the Sales Plan list.
    4. Enter sales plan information.
      • In the Business Place item, a business place selected in the search field is automatically entered, and only business place with permissions can be selected.
    5. Click the [Save] > [Ok] buttons, in that order.

    Delete Sales Plan

    The following describes how to delete a sales plan.

    1. In the WORKPLACE PC Web screen, click the [All Services] > [Sales] button, in that order.
    2. Click the Manage Sales Plan > Register Sales Plan menus, in that order.
    3. Select the item to delete, and then click the [Delete] button.
    4. Click the [Save] > [Ok] buttons, in that order.
      • The saved sales plan is deleted.
      • If there is no selected item, then the [Delete] button is disabled.

    Copy Sales Plan

    The following describes how to copy a sales plan.

    1. In the WORKPLACE PC Web screen, click the [All Services] > [Sales] button, in that order.
    2. Click the Manage Sales Plan > Register Sales Plan menus, in that order.
    3. Select the item to copy, and then click the [Copy] button.
    4. Select a business place in the Copy pop-up window, and then select the year and month of the original to copy.
    5. Select the Target Year and Month to paste, and then click the [Copy] > [OK] buttons, in that order.
      • After setting the Target Year and Month same as the Original Year and Month, clicking the [Copy] button will delete the copied sales plan.
      • The copied sales plan is added with the set Target Year and Month.

    Upload Sales Plan

    The following describes how to upload a sales plan as an Excel file.

    1. In the WORKPLACE PC Web screen, click the [All Services] > [Sales] button, in that order.
    2. Click the Manage Sales Plan > Register Sales Plan menus, in that order.
    3. Click the [Upload] button.
    4. Click the [Download Sample File] button to download the sample file.
      • The sample file is saved as Sales Plan Template.xlsx in the Download folder.
    5. Write and save the sales plan in the sample file form.
    6. Click the Attach the file from your PC, or drag the file here field to upload the written file, or drag the written file to the applicable field.
    7. Click the [OK] button.
    8. Check the entered details in the Validate Sales Plan pop-up window, and then click the [Save] button.
      • If a cell has an input error in the template, then it is marked in red, and you can check an error message at the bottom.
      • After editing the error, and then click the [Upload Again] button to upload the file again.

    Download Sales Plan List

    The following describes how to download a sales plan as an Excel file.

    1. In the WORKPLACE PC Web screen, click the [All Services] > [Sales] button, in that order.
    2. Click the Manage Sales Plan > Register Sales Plan menus, in that order.
    3. Enter the sales plan conditions to search in the search window, and then click the [Search] button.
      • You can search the sales plan that matches the entered conditions.
    4. Click the [Download] button.
      • The sales plan list is downloaded as an Excel file.
    Note

    Downloaded file is saved as Register Sales Plan_YYYYMMDDXXXXXX.xlsx in the Downloads folder.

    Sales Plan Status

    In the Sales Plan Status menu, you can search the sales plan by condition to view the sales plan status, and download the sales plan status as an Excel file.

    The Sales Plan Status screen is laid out as follows.

    Download Sales Plan Status

    The following describes how to download a sales plan status as an Excel file.

    1. In the WORKPLACE PC Web screen, click the [All Services] > [Sales] button.
    2. Click the Manage Sales Plan > Sales Plan Status menus, in that order.
    3. Enter the sales plan conditions to search in the search window, and then click the [Search] button.
      • You can search the sales plan that matches the entered conditions.
    4. Click the [Download] button.
      • The sales plan status is downloaded as an Excel file.
    Note

    Downloaded file is saved as Sales Plan Status_YYYYMMDDXXXXXX.xlsx in the Downloads folder.

    Sales Plan Comparison Table

    In the Sales Plan Comparison Table menu, you can group and search actual sales performance compared to established sales plan by business place/month in groups of various forms, by sales group/employee/vendor/item, utilizing the grouping feature, and search the accomplishment rate compared to plans.

    The Sales Plan Comparison Table screen is laid out as follows.

    Download Sales Plan Comparison Table

    The following describes how to download a sales plan comparison table as an Excel file.

    1. In the WORKPLACE PC Web screen, click the [All Services] > [Sales] button, in that order.
    2. Click the Manage Sales Plan > Sales Plan Comparison Table menus, in that order.
    3. Enter the sales plan conditions to search in the search window, and then click the [Search] button.
      • You can search the sales plan that matches the entered conditions.
    4. If necessary, drag the column header to the If you drag the column header here, it will group with that column. field to group it.
    5. Click the [Download] button.
      • The sales plan comparison table is downloaded as an Excel file.

    Downloaded file is saved as Sales Plan Comparison Table_YYYYMMDDXXXXXX.xlsx in the Downloads folder.
