    Article Summary

    Available in Classic/VPC.

    You can check the pledges that have been requested and sign them, or view the pledges you've already signed.

    Note

    The Pledge menu is displayed only if you are using both the WORKPLACE Basic and HR services plans, and have enabled the Pledge service.

    The Pledge page is laid out as follows.

    ① Change viewing methodIt changes the viewing method of the pledge list.
  • workplace_view: It displays the pledge in card form.
  • workplace_view2: It displays the pledge in a list format.
  • ② Pledge listIt displays the list of pledges.
    ③ Pledge status and daysIt displays the status of the pledge and the number of remaining/elapsed days.
  • In Progress D-N: It is displayed on the signature start date (the day of delivery for immediate delivery) set by the admin, and it can be signed (signature notifications email sent). N refers to the number of remaining days until the signature expiration date.
  • In Progress D+N: It is displayed when the signature expiration date set by the admin has passed. It can't be signed as it is overdue. N refers to the number of elapsed days since the signature expiration date.
  • Signature Completed: The signature has been completed within the signature period.
  • Deletion Requested: The admin has requested consent in order to delete the pledge. The following message is displayed on the pledge card: "Request to delete a pledge has been received." (See Agree to Delete Pledge)
  • Sign Pledge

    Note
    • You can sign pledges that are in the In Progress status and whose signature period has not expired. You can't sign pledges with the expired signature period, even if they are in the In Progress status.
    • You can also sign the pledge by clicking the [Go to Sign] button in the signature notification email.
    • The personal signature is displayed in the location of the signature if the signature is registered in Manage Signature and the Personal Signature field is added as substitute text in the pledge form. If your signature is not displayed, register it in My Information > Manage Signature. (See Manage Signature)

    The following describes how to sign a pledge.

    1. Click the workplace_my button on the upper right corner of WORKPLACE PC web page.
    2. Click the Pledge menu.
    3. Click the pledge to sign.
    4. Read the content of the pledge and click the [Sign] button.
    5. Select "I have verified and understood the content of the pledge." in the pop-up window and click the [Sign] button.
      • The pledge is completed, and the pledge completion notification email is sent.
      • To print the pledge or save it as a PDF document, click the [Print] button.

    View Signed Pledge

    The following describes how to check the content of signed pledges.

    1. Click the workplace_my button on the upper right corner of WORKPLACE PC web page.
    2. Click the Pledge menu.
    3. Click on the pledge to view the content of.
      • To print the pledge or save it as a PDF document, click the [Print] button.
      Note

      If the due date of pledge has expired, you can only view its content and [Print] button is disabled.

    Agree to Delete Pledge

    The following describes how to consent a deletion request.

    1. Click the workplace_my button on the upper right corner of WORKPLACE PC web page.
    2. Click the Pledge menu.
    3. Click on the pledge to agree to delete request.
    4. Click the [Agree to Delete] button.
      • The pledge is now deleted and will no longer be displayed in the pledge list.
