Managing Part-timer Payroll

A part-time employee can search the previous month's payroll statement in the Manage Payroll menu.
The Manage Payroll menu is only displayed to part-time employees if you are using the WORKPLACE Basic plan and enabled use of part-time employees and payroll.
View Payroll Statement
The payroll of part-timers is automatically settled using calculations that reflect the item value of Set Part-timer Payroll and the contract information of part-timers (contract period, daily work hours, workdays) or work hour information (when using Attendance).
After the admin confirms the automatically settled details and sets to display them to users, the part-timers can check the details for the previous month's salary in the View Payroll Statement menu, sorted by most recent first.
To view the payroll statement, tap > My Board > Manage Payroll > View Payroll Statement from the WORKPLACE mobile app.
- The confirmed payroll can be viewed from the display time set by the admin when they confirmed the payroll. If you can’t view payroll details, then contact the member admin.
- If no contract information has been entered for the part-timer, then the amount may be displayed as 0. If the amount is displayed is 0 KRW, then contact the member admin.
The View Payroll Statement screen is laid out as follows.

① Payroll History List | The monthly payroll history is displayed in the list by payroll payment date. If you tap the [Details] button, then you can see the detailed payroll history. Payable Items Deductible Items It displays deduction items according to part-time employees' contract type. (Refer to Table of Condition/Payment/Deductible Item by Part-time Contract Type) If the company has set additional deduction items when settings the part-timer payroll, then they can be displayed. |
② Total payroll | It displays the total payroll amount. |
