# CLOVA Chatbot Custom API

Classic/VPC環境で利用できます。

CLOVA Chatbot Custom APIは、メッセンジャーチャネルではなく、顧客のウェブページなどにチャットボットサービスを作成して運用できるサービスを提供します。CLOVA Chatbotビルダーで設定したドメインの学習結果をベースに質疑応答を提供する方式であるため、ユーザーが入力した質問に合った回答を様々な形式で返します。チャットボットをメッセンジャーチャネルではなく、一般のウェブやアプリで実装する場合に有効活用できるCustom連携方法です。CLOVA Chatbot Custom APIの利用方法は、APIリファレンスのCLOVA Chatbotで詳しく説明しています。APIリファレンスのCLOVA Chatbotに移動して情報を確認するには、**CLOVA Chatbot Custom API**をクリックしてください。
