# AiCall の連携

Classic/VPC環境で利用できます。

CLOVA Chatbotサービスを用いてAiCallタイプのドメインを作成し、顧客に対応する会話の流れを詳細に作成して対応シナリオを完成します。そのChatbotに設定された顧客対応シナリオに基づき、AI Callbotが顧客に対応します。
