# Security Monitoring のトラブルシューティング

Classic/VPC環境で利用できます。

Security Monitoringの利用中に発生し得る問題状況と解決方法をご案内します。各問題状況をクリックすると、関連ページに移動します。

## 一般的な問題

ユーザーが遭遇し得る一般的な問題状況は次の通りです。

[制御対象の追加不可](/docs/ja/securitymonitoring-troubleshoot-common#%EA%B4%80%EC%A0%9C%EB%8C%80%EC%83%81%EC%B6%94%EA%B0%80%EB%B6%88%EA%B0%80) IDSに制御対象を追加できません。

[ログ照会メニューなし](/docs/ja/securitymonitoring-troubleshoot-common#%EB%A1%9C%EA%B7%B8%EC%A1%B0%ED%9A%8C%EB%A9%94%EB%89%B4%EC%97%86%EC%9D%8C) ログを照会できるメニューがありません。

[「無効なドメインです」エラーメッセージ](/docs/ja/securitymonitoring-troubleshoot-common#%EC%9C%A0%ED%9A%A8%ED%95%98%EC%A7%80%EC%95%8A%EC%9D%80%EB%8F%84%EB%A9%94%EC%9D%B8%EC%9E%85%EB%8B%88%EB%8B%A4%EC%98%A4%EB%A5%98%EB%A9%94%EC%8B%9C%EC%A7%80) CNAME登録時に「無効なドメインです」というエラーメッセージが表示されます。

[502 bad gateway](/docs/ja/securitymonitoring-troubleshoot-common#502badgateway) WAFの申し込み後、転送された VIPを通じて ACLの Inbound/Outboundを設定しましたが、502エラーが発生します。 502 bad gatewayが発生します。
