    NAVER Cloud Platform WORKPLACE is a cloud-based smart corporate information system that provides features such as Member, Approval, Attendance, Expense and Accounting in integration on PC web and mobile app, in compliance with the Korean Labor Standards Act and Business Accounting Standards.
    By simplifying the approval process, decision-making can be done faster, along with the various notification channels and document sharing, leading to more natural interdepartmental and interwork communication. In addition, it supports linkage with collaboration cloud solutions, such as, NAVER WORKS, Google, Slack, Kakao Talk, LINE, etc. From SSO settings to linking member information notifications and business support using bots, a better work experience is provided through synchronized services. It provides easy-to-use and convenient admin features to help companies establish their identity and configure a system fit for company regulations. It also provides customized services to help with flexible management in accordance with company conditions. You can easily apply AI to your work and automate repetitive work processes to heighten work efficiency.

    Q. Which types and pricing plans are available for NAVER Cloud Platform WORKPLACE?

    • NAVER Cloud Platform WORKPLACE (hereinafter "WORKPLACE") provides WORKPLACE Lite, WORKPLACE Basic, and HR Services and Finance Services pricing plans, to which customers of the WORKPLACE Basic product can subscribe. For more information, please refer to Pricing Plan.
    • You can check the fees by selecting WORKPLACE from NAVER Cloud Platform.
      • HR Services and Finance Services plans only offer monthly pricing plans, and a 30-day free trial period is provided upon new subscription request. Please refer to Calculate Fees for more information about fees.

    Q. Can I add storage capacity while using WORKPLACE Trial?

    • You must first switch to a paid plan to add storage capacity. You can add capacity whenever after switching to a paid plan. Please refer to Switch to Paid Plan for how to switch to a paid plan.

    Q. I'm currently using NAVER WORKS. Am I eligible for WORKPLACE Trial?

    • The existing customers of NAVER WORKS Lite or higher can upgrade to a bundled service by requesting subscription to WORKPLACE Trial. However, the customers using NAVER WORKS Free can't subscribe to WORKPLACE Trial, so please subscribe after switching to a paid plan.

    Q. What is the difference between the NAVER Cloud Platform admin and the WORKPLACE admin?

    • The NAVER Cloud Platform admin is the user who logs into the NAVER Cloud Platform website and requests subscription to WORKPLACE. As soon as they request subscription for WORKPLACE, they are granted both the NAVER Cloud Platform management permissions (NAVER Cloud Platform admin) and WORKPLACE management permissions (WORKPLACE admin) at the same time, and that user is referred to as the representative WORKPLACE admin.
    • Since only the NAVER Cloud Platform admin can access the NAVER Cloud Platform console, all matters that need to be handled from the console such as WORKPLACE management and fee management are handled by the NAVER Cloud Platform admin.
    • As the scope of permissions between the NAVER Cloud Platform admin and the WORKPLACE admin differs, we don't recommend changing or deleting the account that requested the WORKPLACE subscription.

    Q. Can I change permissions or delete accounts with permissions?

    • The admin can create, grant, or remove permissions within the scope of permissions granted to themselves.
    • For the representative WORKPLACE admin account, you need to first delegate your permissions before deleting the representative WORKPLACE admin account since at least one admin must exist.

    Q. Can I create management permissions for a specific menu or business place?

    • WORKPLACE provides a feature to create additional permissions. By creating access permissions by menu, you can manage them by task. For Accounting, it allows granting permissions by business place, which is good for security.

    Q. I've received a WORKPLACE instruction email. How do I use WORKPLACE?

    • Click the [Verify Email] button at the bottom of the instruction email to set your password. If you've received a specified password from the admin, connect to the URL displayed in the instruction email to log in for the first time, and then change your password.

    Q. Is it possible to use WORKPLACE on my mobile device?

    • All user features such as clock-in/out check, absence schedule, expense plans, expense settlement, requesting certificates, checking leaves, etc. are available for use on both PC and mobile. However, the features for management menus such as Member, Approval, Post, Attendance, Expense, and Accounting are limited on mobile devices.

    Q. Where can I download the mobile WORKPLACE app?

    • The QR code and instructions for the installation of the mobile WORKPLACE app is included in the WORKPLACE instruction email. If you can't find the WORKPLACE instruction email, then search for "WORKPLACE" on Google Play or Apple App Store and download it.

    Q. Can I change the language used in WORKPLACE mobile?

    • The language used in WORKPLACE mobile follows the set language of the mobile device. Change the set language of your mobile device.
